There's nothing to dislike about Orlandu, but there's nothing to really like about him either. He's just an old rival of Balbanes that is opposed to the war. You're told about what a cool guy he is, but all he really does is get fucked over by Goltana until Delita busts him loose and he joins Ramza (without even the brief bit of dialogue afterwards that Agrias gets). He's a pretty rad dude that can murder all your enemies, but he really is a non-character.

I do. I found Aldore and Hess to be interesting enough, and getting to know the Veritas and why they're smashing crystals was satisfying. Firelord's a fun dude. Raegan seems like a neatly complex person and I'd like for his story to fully be told.
I'm sure it'll have a shitty ending, but for now, the story was completely acceptable, standard jRPG faire.

Depends on what kind of teams you are running, but Faith is very niche and your WHM will likely not have the time to Faith all your BLMs.
I use physical parties almost always, and Rikku USB is inferior to Shout to me.
If I used magical I would still use OK on the shitter mage that cannot build gauge properly and the burst mode boost helps to give an extra MAG buff, same for hybrids.

Minfilias USB is, in my opinion a much much worse banner than Rikkus aswell. There's dupes involved for me on both, though more on Minfilias, but just in general you really don't want shit like Cid Garlond's (XIV) experimental BSB they threw on there that has all its command effects ass backwards. Yshtolas USB and LMR are also among the weaker ones, yet you need Minfilias LMR if you want buff duration.
