Alternate between classes so you don't waste class experience. Classes level up way faster than your base level, so if you camp one class then the extra XP gets wasted. Playing 3~4 classes you like will also help you break boss BP bars too, which gives better drops.
I use Slash, Pierce and Strike classes the most, but the other ones are nice too.

Not long, just expensive. It takes around 2-3 days getting to level 90 when getting powerleveld then you stop and buy class runs. Leveling class level also levels your base level so you don't have to worry about it.
1-80 is like 300g
80-85 is 400g
And you have 60 classes to level.

It's a neat platformer minigame to test your movement in the game, there are 7 levels, completing each one 20 times give you passive stats too, but I'd save that for when you have all your skills and movement options to cheese the levels.

Dotnuri is a minigame that tests your ability to jump well. You have to make it to the end of the stage without falling down pits or getting hit by the invulnerable mobs. There's no checkpoints so one fall down a pit or getting hit once and you're starting the stage from the start again. It's still very frustrating now even though everybody has double jumping. You get permanent stat bonuses for clearing each stage 20 times (there's 7 stages) but it's really not worth the headache unless you want to absolutely min/max and have a lot of time to attempt it a ton.

EE looks so bad, can someone explain the appeal aside from the cute characters? I only saw a short gameplay video but it just looks like souless ching chong trash. The menus look abhorrent, the quests are cliche and lazy, the environments are neither cozy or beautiful, and you're overwhelmed with way too many skills upon leveling. Being able to change classes on a whim seems stupid too.
Also, being a cute loli loses its charm when the only other two options are shota and furry. Cuteness and youth can only truly shine when contrasted against big, bulky, adult warrior men.

There aren't /that/ many skills, each class archetype gets ~6 (usually 2 spam attacks) and each sub-class gets another ~8 (usually 4 better attacks, and some buffs).
Class swapping is nice because it doesn't penalize you for picking the shit class, ask anyone that played Elementalist or Elesis and they will cry you a river because they got fucked over by class lock.
It's a fun game, not complex or revolutionary, but fun.

I never use potions. Ever. You really should get the level 55 ring, I think it was Polar Sunset or something. 5% chance to get a DoT heal. There are other rings that give DoT healing, along with a cape. Then if you get the trophies that also heals you, you should never have to use potions again.
Look in your inventory and click the yellow box below. It should open the archive. Go to the accessory section and look for rings that heals and try to get those. Same with capes and trophies.
