You should wear gear that increases your max hit and then wear tank gear, because lavas have no mage def. Trident, occult, maybe tormented brace, black dhide, god cape, neitiznot, dfs. Maybe 10-15 hours, I Did the black knights fortress, cooks assistant, demon slayer, dorics quest, Dragon slayer, earnest the chicken, knights sword, imp catcher, rune mysteries, vampire slayer, fight arena, holy grail, Merlins crystal, tourist trap, scorpion catcher, waterfall quest and the tree gnome village. It gave me crafting,thieving and some other xp too

Actually, I've played /v/scape before and the 2.25 exp modifier is nothing. Nearly every skill is harder to level compared to OSRS due to no resource bots and minigames. I'm not trying to shill for the game, but don't fool yourself in thinking OSRS isn't easy.

You really shouldn't be trying to survive on bonds when you're this low level, you're just going to end up putting 100% of the cash you get from some mediocre skilling resource back into paying for membership, and you'll never build up a bank or get new equipment
That said, if you're dead-set on not paying another dime, blast furnace has fairly low requirements and can net almost 1m/hour, but it's click intensive and based on your current stats I don't know if you'd be patient enough to do it for more than 20 minutes
