I'm gonna assume you meant 236 236 B, which is not a combo, it's the input for one particular move (probably a distortion drive, aka super)

if you wanna know how much time you have to perform all the motions (236, 236 and then pressing B) in sequence and get the move, there's not much to say other than test it out on training mode. The input interpreter of the game give you a generous window to perform all the inputs and still recognize the move, so just doing it by itself is very simple

however, if you're doing in inside combos, then you have to be faster because there's a tighter window of hitstun. If you take too long then your opponent will be able to recover and block your next move

For corner, there is a 3c 6d j.bb dl.j.d 214c bors ender off regular 6d loops that doesn't let opponents roll or wakeup in time to mash/dp you thanks to 214c's untech time.
if you finish with (juggled opponent) 214c214c, you can 66 into bors and be slightly advantageous. if you get this in the corner moreso since you don't have to 66.
3c bors enders are straight up advantageous and a very common way to get it off any combo.

I don't think there are any requirements in particular, but if your best arguments as to why she's interesting are that she has an inner conflict and goes through character development, you're doing a really bad job of convincing me.

I may have phrased myself a bit poorly, but if you think she's interesting solely because of inner conflict and character development, then I struggle to think of other BB characters that don't also go through character development.
The only ones that immediately come to mind are Taokaka and... Just Taokaka, actually.
As for inner conflict, I'd argue the rest of the cast has enough going for them that it more than makes up for their lack of it. Be it things like their motivations, the ways in which they carry themselves, their interactions with other characters, etc. This in addition to many of them *also* having some kind of inner conflict going on. (Carl is a good example, and I think his inner conflict is infinitely more interesting than Mai's)

I'm not saying you're wrong for finding her interesting - it's an opinion, after all - but I don't think inner conflict or character development by themselves make a character interesting.

Taokaka has shown some development. At the start of the series she was lazy and mostly unwilling to do anything, as the story progressed she learned of her flaws and lack of strength and went on to leave the village on her journey to make herself stronger. I'm not sure if it's inconsistent writing of her character or just her comic relief taking priority most of the story but she was also portrayed as being incredibly selfish when it came to food but by the end of the series she talks about not just being willing but also being happy to share food with others. I have a hard time imagining that CT Taokaka would reject the wish of making her village wealthy and full of food. I know she is comic relief, but she has some character like everyone else.

Plenty of BB characters don't show any development. Taokaka, Tager, Arakune, Bang, Hakumen, Nu, Valkenhayn, Platinum, Relius, Amane, Bullet, Azrael, Kagura, Kokonoe, Terumi, Celica, Hibiki, Izanami don't change in their story.

The only characters with inner conflict are Noel and Tsubaki. Carl is pretty single-minded in his attempt to save his sister. He ends up becoming mini-Relius but he never questions himself. I guess Hibiki has some too since he's in denial about wanting to murder his boss, but that's never actually brought up in the story.

Not gonna do it for all them, but I'll do a few.
Haku goes from having his main objective being to kill Ragna to being (a tiny bit) more accepting of his being alive and instead choosing to focus on other threats.
Bang goes from being comic relief whose entire gimmick is that he loves Litchi and wants to beat Jin to helping out Trinity and becoming slightly more serious. That, and the whole deal with the Lynchpin.
Azrael goes from just wanting to fight strong opponents to want to devour - whether literally or figuratively - the Gods themselves. He also grows bored of fighting Izanami, despite her being one of the few people that might be on/above his level. It's barely a change, but I think it counts.
Hibiki had to come to terms with his whole "killing intent" struggle, as you mentioned.
Nu basically turns brain dead.

I guess that Bang getting over Litchi is a change, but it's barely touched upon in the story. We just see him back in Ikagura at the end and that's it.

Azrael doesn't change at all. He always wants to fight strong enemies. He just hears that there are gods around and thinks they must be strong so he wants to fight them.

Hibiki never deals with his murder boner. He has no development.

Nu becoming catatonic doesn't seem like much of a development.

Sure, I can give an example.
I think Carl is more interesting because you clearly see him change drastically over the course of the story. The way he treats Ada/Nirvana, his main reason for even fighting, changes completely. In CS, he was weeping and begging Hazama not destroy her in his Bad End, but in CF, he treats her much more like tool.
The flashbacks to the military academy and his conversations with Noel and others also show how much he's changed from what he used to be. It's a stark contrast and the ways in which other characters are visibly disturbed by it was part of why I liked his story mode back in CS.
I think his backstory and relation to Relius and the rest of his family is very interesting. The ways in which the two interact compared to how they were portrayed when they were a family is another contrast that I'm really fond of.
I think it's very interesting how he can change personality seemingly on a dime depending on who he's talking to or what his objective is. Compare his interactions with Bang and his interactions with Noel for an example.

Mai displays a variety of emotions and ways of acting. E.g. she's generally nice but she can react violently, such as when she got enraged and fought her father after he called her a coward. She will normally do what she can to help her friends, but she sabotages something they are doing in order to get more of the food she likes. Also she gradually becomes more expressive and more open towards others as she comes to accept herself the way she is.

Mai is capable of self-reflection, unlike say Bullet. She is pretty knowledgeable about the world around her, e.g. she knows that the Kohaku family are secretly assassins, and she is connected to a lot of other characters both in the NOL and in Sector Seven. Mai has skills and abilities that mean that doesn't have to constantly rely on others, but she's not so powerful that she can do everything by herself.

Mai is likeable and sympathetic, but she does have flaws. Some, such as her complete lack of self-confidence and her inability to open herself to others, she is able to at least partially overcome over the course of her story. Others, such as her tendency to lose her cool and end up biting more than she can chew or her feelings of inferiority towards her father, stay with her. Mai is more complex than some people seem to think.

Why is there a theme specifically for Es vs Nine/Celica?
I didn't read X-Blaze, and the wiki doesn't say anything about Es being related to these two in any way.

But as far as I know, Kuroinu is a little different since the story implies that the army wanted to keep conquering lands and pretty much the world, unlike other ones that only some number of people are affected and nobody else, so that may help.
