I looked up the source work on narou but it's incomplete and looks like it's only been sporadically updated over the last couple years. I've met the same unfortunate circumstances before when I found some good naruto fanfictions that I enjoyed but you can't be too overexpectant of amateur hobbyist work. And even if they make another eroge adaption of it, it probably wont be until it's either finished or at least into the final arc of the story, which appears to have not started yet.
