When I tried my Phantasmal deck out on Ygopro I was able to get several tokens from Pacifis, yet it says it can only summon tokens when there are none on the field. I don't remember the exact situation but could it be because the effects that activates in a chain stacks and triggers Pacifis several times before the actual summon of the tokens happen?

Yeah, it frustrates me more that they had to scrap their original plans for the end of the series. Carly's scandal happened right at the end of the Dark Signer's arc, so they had to drop their original plans and made up the Meklord arc at the last minute. No, that was literally just something out the rumor mill, it actually was started by an old tripfag here in /dng/, idr their name but I talked to them once about it. Seriously, Julia is more irrelevant than people give her credit for, she literally doesn't make any of the rules or have much of a say in things beyond some event dates and what gear judges get, she's mostly just told by the higher ups (lots of base tourney rules are actually given by KoJ and made universal, though TCG still has it's speshul bullshit) how to run things, and she runs it.
