Not him, but from what I can tell in my now 4 weeks of playing, you either build two types of teams.

A, a team that can outheal the damage dealt to it and grind down the hardest bosses; or B, a team that can burst the fuck out of a boss and kill it fast.

Regarding what you've obtained so far, your only healer is the Lilies everybody gets and you have no high damage skills besides maybe Gilles if you can get his attack high enough so that his bleed is useful. So yeah. However Kongming is up(the mission drops the 5* fire Kongming herself despite only listing the dragon thing) and she's relatively easy to evolve when the week that drops all the various Kongmings happens. She does 5k then 20k next turn and 10k then 40k when evolved. While the SP cost is high, you can use 3 vitality medicines per mission so you can burst a boss over the course of 6 turns.

Still, a high burst friend is probably the hardest carry early on. I find I do a lot of B by abusing the Fimbuls I've managed to friend as well as the Gilgamesh Pallad has.

Part is somewhat important.
Ideally that's the kind of team you want, but not something you really have, so telling you to use things you don't have isn't exactly the best way to progress.
What everyone has regardless of gacha luck is the ability to build mono-element teams and progress from there, assuming you don't have friends to carry you.

That's probably the most workable strategy when you start from nothing. My advice isn't too applicable if you don't have healers or burst characters.

I ended up progressing very quickly early on due to good luck on a variety of factors.

I started with what is probably one of the most awful 5*s in the game, but I was able to get by with the 5* catgirl samurai from the beginner's gacha. Combined with using her again as a Friend, my first real team was a fire elemental team with Yoshitsune and friend Yoshitsune carrying. Since they had Equilibrium Atk passive they even worked well against water enemies. Soon after, the Easter event happened and I was able to farm Easter Hinuuko. Then the Raisa raid started and I had gotten a friend with the 500% damage event unit. I went all-out and managed to farm a fully incarnated Raisa.

In the process I managed to get a sizable amount of cubes and managed to roll a large variety of units which I'm currently just trying to evolve so I can diversify teams to take on harder bosses. However, I've managed to thus far beat everything that isn't one of those nightmare stages mostly by abusing Fimbul or Gilgamesh friends rather than the power of my own team.

Idols and Flora have everyone, but you'll have to try to fish her out of 20ish other 4*s. Old gacha too, but definitely don't roll that.

Marching band will probably get additions later that include her, at some point.

Story 3 won't ever have her unless they add more loli versions of current class. Then she's likely to make it in, since she's in Asuha's grade.

I get your point and what you mean but I dont think mobages and this thread would be a good example. I do mostly play mobages for cute girls but we live in dark times where a good, above average mobage will have more content than one of the recent AAA games and sometimes can actually end up being more fun.

And said mobages will also get regular updates with new events, content and things to do with the added benefit of having people to talk about it and play it with so you never run out of things to do on a game you paid $0 for while paying like $69.99 for the latest call of duty will give you like 48 hours of story and all the multiplayer hours you can stomach without wanting to throw up the next time someone suggests playing COD as their multiplayer game of choice because you played it too much.
Or for an AAA game with less multiplayer and more single player content like Asscreed, you'll get like a week of content tops and that costed me $70 while I could have gotten several months of enjoyment on a mobage I like for free. I could also decide to spend those $70 on value deals if its a game I've been playing for a while and know I will stick to it for the coming months and get more enjoyment out of it too.

You seem to compare the best mobage with the worst full-fledged games; I won't speak for others, but I'm still playing through Persona 5 and don't see it being topped by any mobage in the near future.

But that's besides the point, really, as people can play and enjoy both, like I do. Same goes for KemoFure, I suppose: it doesn't take that much time to get in, and when you do, you can enjoy all the cute fan art like everyone else.

Despite how the game is doing now, I think the anime will give it life. The trailer looked pretty good, and I just hope that there's actually battle elements, not just stupid harem anime nonsense.

I believe someone mentioned here that at the New Year's BGHS event, there were actually a lot of people who never even played the game, so people like that buying merch is still supporting the game. It's just a shame that none of this will lead to the game getting any better.

If a game has super cute girls but I cant get into the gameplay (Uchihime, Unleashed) then I'll end up quitting but if a game has pretty good everything but garbage characters or I cant roll any characters I want then I'll end up quitting. Houkai might be a good example of this category with how the gameplay is amazing and super solid but getting a new character requires you to jump through several hoops on fire which ends up killing my motivation. Need a good balance of both.

Getting the actual R23 S rank is still a bust, but got to S ranking Bure volumes 5 and 6 finally. The bonus drops have a weird distribution. R1-10 is nucleus, but R11-21 is crystals and R22-25 is ceramic.

Ceramic drops turn out to be 8 per raid so it's not a great source especially considering the crap blueprint rewards those raids give.

With the rate this game updates I might S rank everything before we get the next raids.

has there been any other main-character-focused games like Sword Girls that literally has hundreds of pictures for a handful of characters?

I haven't really seen other games where you can expect to be rewarded with new pictures every patch if you really dig one of the main characters

From what I understand, the game has two kinds of legfests, with the better one ("Ultra-Parade") being held between months and the worse one ("Super-Parade") in the middle of the month. From the looks of it, the latter has some good stuff, too.

Sounds kinda like BGHS to me, though it doesn't get new cards at quite that rate.

Ensemble Girls also fits, though 71 is probably a bit more than "a handful." And with that many, a given girl will get a new card once every few events at best.

But it was at about 1300 cards when the old version stopped, and new version has been getting more added. So it has the quantity just from being around a while.

I started playing today and have been reading some past threads, some anons commented about going to digitalsky instead of bilibili but never told why, I just downloaded the first link I found (bilibili), but is there any particular reason to go digitalsky? Beter events or something?

Also, for a beginner is the 4/4/4/2+30 recipe good to use or should I go for lower consumption and try to focus on one type of weapon?

You're question about publishers was answered in the previous thread. Use recipes that make guns that you need. A pistol will not carry you, an AR or a RF will. Read the guide.

Digitalsky website is actually kept up to date, but there's no real difference between Bili and DSky servers. Events and updates have been on an identical schedule.

The only real difference is payment methods with Bilibili having more options.

It's never-ending powercreep with pre-emptive attacks getting more ridiculous and more retarded shields. Now GH is trying to undo some of the powercreep by adding cards into the game which negate certain shields. There's also new pursuit mechanics designed to deal with resolve bosses. Of course these new ways of dealing with powercreep are, you guessed it, locked behind rare gacha rolls.

I want people to get fed up already so the game can die and a proper modernized sequel can be made, but the whale community has been dedicated to the game for 5 years and it still makes bank so it'll probably have at least another 2 years left in it.

Kar98 isn't someone you'd need doubles of, so that's fine.

Some T-Dolls are useful to have multiple of to put on different echelons, like G-11, because she's the best DPS in-game at the moment.
