i think im an ok player at 55% winrate 2350~ elo obviously i can improve a lot but there's really only so much i can do as one person. i feel like it's just too hard to carry when there's just those people on your team that cannot pull their weight. i cant counter-flank, control the point, and flank all at once and if im stuck on tank or healer i obviously can't go off and shut down their heavy hitters by myself and leave the team for dead

I like playing Grohk because his weapon is easy to use and is really strong with cauterize . His totem can do a lot of healing if you have a good frontline on your team. Ghost Walk is great for denying ults especially drogoz and skye. I love when Skye drops a time bomb on the point and everyone scatters while I stay right there.
