I recently installed Luma homebrew on my 3DS.

If I replace the SD card and place all the original files on the original SD to the new one, is it going to work without problems?

Is it possible to install DLC's on CIA format? Do I just run FBI and install it using that, or is there a special way for DLC's?

I already got a micro SD card for my DSi and a USB SD card reader so it looks like I'm settled. The one I have is only 2GB though so I'll look into buying a bigger one.

Well, obviously, you can keep your games on your USB unplugged. It will only delete everything that's in the console.

I'm not sure if your Wii U will detect and let you play the games from your USB after the reset, though. If that helps anything, you can reinstall your games again after the reset with WUP.

Obviously don't go for the utterly cheapest, since some of those have high failure rates and some like to advertise large sizes and only deliver small ones relabeled as such. Actually, and I understand why it can be confusing but, missing mapper numbers don't mean anything. Mapper numbers were assigned by the dumping community based on existing cartridge types. Games using the same type of cartridge were assigned to the same number - some mapper numbers (~30 or so) have never been assigned to anything - no games exist for them.

I got a NIB 3.01 Vita and updated it to 3.60 using QCMA, things seem okay except that now I can't get Henkaku to run. It spins idly for like 20 seconds before I get "Cannot display the page. (C2-14921-7)"

Any thoughts? My other 3.60 vita just zooms through in less than 5 seconds every time I reboot, though it had already been hacked by the time I got it.

holy fuck did you do no research, you must be at least this well-informed to post

SaveDataFiler, JKSM and others query the fs:USER service to do things on their behalf, they don't actually understand the save format.
The fs:USER service interfaces over PXI with Process9 on the ARM9.
The format is actually a clusterfuck and the only thing that has ever even attempted to make sense of it is 3dsfuse and the shit in citra.

The encryption/decryption as well as the CMAC over the save file (for writing it back) requires bootrom9 for the keys. The SD card encryption also requires bootrom9 for the keys.

My 360 is a real bum, the DVD-drive is flashed but dashboard is 2.0.15574.0 due to me playing Halo 4 when it came out. Burning DVD's when my PS3 and 3DS' are all digital feels meh. Even my old XBOX has a chip and internal HDD which supports .iso.

But wouldnt it already require security access to make this check always positive? Because it said accounts would exist and consoles would connect to the internet for checking that, it would be easy way for Nintendo to block them after noticing too much consoles accessing it.

And it would need to be offline if there isn't a way to work around the account checking if the game exists. You can already have someone log in to your switch and set it as their default, and then just go offline and access their games that you have downloaded till your go online again.

2DSes rarely get new batches, so probably. There is no 100% way to know what box comes with what firmware since they can also open it to update it in downtime, etc. Gamestop, for instance, always updates refurbs to latest firmware, and so does Nintendo most of the time.
Really, your best bet is buying some really old packaged deal (like a N3DS that comes with MH4u and a faceplate), since those are generally unupdated. But it's unlikely you'll find one of those nowadays.
