I hope the chests for the DLC items aren't just in the middle of fucking nowhere with nothing to them. that entire quest was weird, because i had no even remote idea of how extensive it was going to be. it didnt LOOK that far, but the whole 'gotta bring it with a torch' thing really changes things up. it's probably possible to cheat with a long-enough-range arrow
not only did it rain in that area constantly, but you had to basically make a huge circle going the wrong way

i still remember doing the one in hateno before i had any idea what i was doing there, i just saw TORCHES! and lit the torches funny how there's only one normal torch lighting puzzle in the game

She will just stop if there's no path available to her default position. If have example pushed her outside the lab and blocked front door with an object she will go inside via the back door. If both doors blocked she will stand still. There's a brief delay though until she starts moving so don't really need objects to block her path to take pics of her standing still. Normally everything is under hard directional light. Multiple images means everything gets a soft all around light. Unfortunately the test subject doesn't show it off much, because Mipha has her own light source, and the plaza is mostly flat horizontal surfaces. you can actually knock down the stone dominos with the metal shit and climb them to get halfway up. that's amazing
totally unnecessary since you can use cryonis in goo (honestly that ruins its challenge but i dont care), but still. majestic. shouldve had more than one use of that, especially back at the beginning
