Offerings just give weapons and accessories (depending on offering type) progress on their exp bars. Breakthrough Materials are items needed to turn a weapon or accessory into a completely new form of it. Leveling up vs Evolving

To put it shortly, the bug that makes characters permanently invisible in dungeon lobbies is caused by what sliders you use, specifically Eye Size and Eye Distance. Certain combinations of those two sliders results in you being invisible to just about everyone.

Selling runs is a great incentive for keeping others coming as they're getting paid and also keeping those who haven't got all their gear a chance to keep getting it. You won't sell everything mabye just an energy or anything else thats full. Otherwise the raid can also take others who haven't had a chance to go and get some loot too. There's plenty of options.

We keep the accusations at bay during the first few weeks because people are still learning, nobody expects you to be perfect immediately. At this point, very few people can use that excuse.
So stay focused during the raid and we won't have problems. We're not asking for a lot here, think about what you're doing and don't mess up consistently.
