This isn't really accurate since the last 2 months of the game is half the game. If you really like Haru there's plenty of time, all you really miss out on is a Hawaii date.

He can be surprisingly powerful in his 2nd phase if you aren't paying attention or get very unlucky.

Usually it's no big deal but if he gets a crit and an extra turn he'll cast Deperation, which is expected, but if he gets another extra turn he'll cast Heat Riser, and now will wreck you hard with a double attack buff.

You can still cheese him with Abaddon normally, but if he's at the point where he uses Leviatainn it's basically over. He'll one shot Joker with it even if you're full HP and guarding, and it can't be resisted.
