Hanamura is not a good map. If any of you played Dota at a high level you would understand what makes a map good.

Breaking a base is fun.
Pushing a cart to do it for you is not.

Defeating minions to help YOU be skillful is fun.
Defeating minions to throw a turret on the floor is not.

These are just some of the reasons, but HOTS maps in general are far too small and poorly designed overall.

What if from now on minion camps dropped between 1 and 3 coins and there was an item shop in your base that sold items, which you could only hold 1 of at a time.

Abathur is great in that pack. He plays nothing like anybody else and if you're ever actually in the same post code as an enemy hero you are doing it wrong, but nevertheless last time I played him I still got a 27 kill streak with him with no deaths.

I still lost, because my team were fucking morons. Sometimes you wonder if maybe you were part of the problem, but then I see Xul spending and entire game top pushing towers and never helping with objectives.

Lost Vikings seems like aids, and the other two just seem awful

Is zeratul actually fun

He's one of the only heroes I don't own yet but he just seems fucking boring, even though I do usually like pickoffy assassins

Just played a few AI games with a normie associate and can say one thing for sure

Lads I consider myself a pretty good player. I read a lot about the game and make calls and know about composition and meta.

I mostly play UD because I like to play with a mate and TL queue times are cancer.
Thing is, my winrate is like 43%. My main hero is Malf but he's the only hero I have with a better than 50% winrate (73%).

Any advice? I'm by no means a new or bad player, it just seems like if I'm on anything but Arthas (50% WR) or Malf (73%) I'm dragging the team down.

How is Zagara?

I'm fairly new to HotS (but not the genre) and I'm fooling around with the character in Quick Match to get it to level 5 and I have yet to lose a game.
I always get 3x the amounts of Siege damage as any other player on my team and 2x the XP contribution but I almost never get involved in fights against other players, I run away on the shit on the ground that speeds me up or take refuge into the things I spawn with my ultimate to run to a different part of the map, it feels really powerful.
Am I just on a lucky streak or being matched with other new people who don't know how to deal with Zagara or that are just below my level or what?

The splitpushing that your doing only works in low lvl and QM. In ranked above gold teams will rotate to gank you and then 5v4 the rest of your team on the objective.

Teams below gold in ranked will also clear your creep constantly to deny you vision and movement
