Saihara + Amami: Protagonist design, I like that one of Saihara's initial designs has him wearing more British-like clothing
Ouma: Mysterious shota, he's smiling in all of these and the Supreme Leader thing might have come later
Miu: I'm seriously not getting a science girl vibe from any of these
Angie: Pretty cute, the final design is still the best but the one with her having a giant paintbrush is quirky too

Shirogane serving alcholic drinks doesn't necessarily mean she old enough to drink. It's technically legal in most places for minors to serve alcoholic drinks as long as they aren't drinking themselves, and minors can get bar-tending licences in some areas. I think he's one of the older characters as theoretically DICE would take some time to build up to be good enough to where it was in his memories aka a successful crime group that traveled around the world. Unless he was a literal child prodigy that started leading them at like, 10, I think he started it when he was a young teenager and took a few years to get them to that level, so he's around 17-18 with a babyface.

I have this wild/retarded theory that maybe Amami never recorded that video and it was just Tsumugi cosplaying as him. If V2 had different rules and the ending wasn't HICKSHON, then it's likely he made a choice that he didn't realize would lead to him participating in another game when he made it and was only made to realize that after the fact. It's my pet theory that the kids chosen for these games stick out in a bad sort of way. Makoto's story implies that the non-elite suffer a terrible existence, but also that conformity to a high standard is critical for existing in that society. Even just physically, most of the V3 cast is really unusual and strange looking.
So maybe Amami's flashy fashion/appearance indicates he's a bit of a rule breaker or nonconformist, and he was "scouted out" (kidnapped) for the games that way.

Yeah, you're right on the spot. It's not really that special of a holiday, but we do have our traditions for the holiday here in Finland (it's called "Vappu"). Like for example, those who have previously graduated from high school put these special hats on you get when you graduate (not of course mandatory but you'll see tons of adults wearing 'em), and we drink stuff like mead ("sima", which looks like piss but it's really good).
