Shadow's worst match up is the mirror, what means that, no matter what the deck is matched against, it has at least 50% chance of winning.
It's by far the most ridiculous and oppressive deck this game has ever seen. This month will be a disaster brcause they decided not to nerf it and Dragon before the Master rewards. Expect Shadow to reach at least 35% playrate in Master rank by the next two weeks.

I've never seen such extreme defensiveness in any other CCG. In all the other games I've played if you get anywhere close to the winrate or representation that shadow has now, you can bet 100% that cards are going to get banned and people for the most part accept that. The only similarity is that you put it down on turn 8 (ideally) and try to pop it next turn with Hallowed Dogma. The biggest issue with is that you have to constantly keep your hand around 5-6 cards, so grail can put cards into your hand instead of overdrawing them. That took me several matches until I got it right.

Both Shadow and Dragon have followers that are just too fucking sticky or "have to be removed"
All of shadow's early game has to be removed or you get immediately fucked up the ass on turn 3, and all of shadow's midgame has to be removed or you get immediately fucked up the ass on turn 7
All of dragon's mid-lategame has to be removed because they're wards or your damage just gets healed away, or they plop down an 8/8 that wipes when it attacks or a 13/13 that has to be removed for obvious reasons
Shadow is fucking dumb and Hector is way too strong, but it is more easily fixable. Hopefully Catacomb will be nerfed to the fucking ground.
Dragon is essentially the new Dshift with a different kind of mana cheating and a shit ton of healing. They won't nerf it guaranteed so get used to it being tier 1 for a long time
