Almost 60 years before video games were even a thing. Killing the enemy is crowd control, there are non-lethal and less-lethal forms of crowd control, but just because it kills does not mean it is not crowd control. Considering the nature of Warframe, lethal crowd control is strongly preferred.

Line of sight is more relevant the more range an ability has, prism has over double the range of larva at base, without line of sight it could affect entire maps without question. Ideally a fast hitting IPS base weapon w/gas or blast - a lot of weapons have forced knockdown on groundslam, My gas Jat Kittag takes a few hits to get going but slamjamming force blast procced enemies is still fun.

If you can use a frame or sentinel weapon to proc a few statuses often enough that lets you use useful damage elements.

Doing well in LoR is largely independent of how well you do, it's highly dependent on how competent everyone else in your squad is. I did a ton of my runs with clanmates who kind of suck, and I also pubbed a lot of Raids for shits and giggles (pic related).

The people who have good raid stats are those who run with dedicated groups every single night, which I just don't find fun. The sheer amount of repetition is mind-numbing, like watching mice crawl around a maze to get the cheese, except in this case it's 80% to get nothing and 20% to get the cheese.

Remember that blast is an AOE effect so you can CC and throw on 2 status on enemy groups on one proc. The trick to CO is how to survive until the status effects start piling up so Blast is very useful here.

It's still not great as I have an good torid riven and the slow reload makes it a pain to use

The first riven does more damage, the second is more usable, both are for a powerful weapon that's a pain to use, esp when there are more powerful and easier primaries out there, like the Zarr for launchers

I find nidus fun. His 2 is excellent for lining up his stomps, and really useful for controlling large areas or choke points. I was able to do majority damage in extended runs and sorties by just using abilities. His scaling damage feels great as well. I wonder if he can go hours long or if he falls off after a certain point.

sprint speed is now largely irrelevant save to keep you moving for fine maneuvers or recovery on the ground in between aerial maneuvers, you should be able to get around just as fast as or faster than anyone else without anything like rush or dispatch overdrive (even with a hobbled key on) if you're doing it right

First two caches have generic shit in them. Relics, cash, your whatever bullshit mods like rush and mobilize.
