The realistic part isn't about whether it can happen, but rather if its portrayed in a way that can make you believe it by doing it accurately. That's kinda the point of art in the first place. Giant gold claws don't exist, but if you draw them in a certain way you can create the illusion that they're real and draw people into them. Lips breasts didn't create much of the illusion in her original art, but now they're more realistically drawn which seems to increase the appeal with people.

Its about whether art can make something believable, often by having to study real life as a basis. Her breasts have more of a proper weight and curve to them now that seems natural.
