Dropped to bronze today, I try to keep the team together, tell them to group up, tell them about flanks and shit but they just don't listen man. I love how each rank has their own bullshit that players have to deal with. Here's what I've gathered about each of them:

Bronze- Little to zero understanding of gameplay mechanics or priorities in a match, ultimate management is poor, Coordination barely exists, incredibly rare to encounter it.
Silver- understanding of objective priorities, struggles with gameplay mechanics, but little to none understanding of enemy priorities, ultimate management is bad, Little Coordination exists.

He INSISTED that he was totally responsible for all those kills.

Of course I switched and we still lost and he still blamed my Tracer play despite not even being Tracer like jesus I'm still salty about that.

What makes it worse is knowing that you CAN have great teammates. I had a match where we still lost overall in the end, but we had great rounds that we won, and people were making call-outs saying "oh no soldier is on the planks" and I'd blink to the planks and kill him and they actually strategized around the fact that I would be flanking and it worked really well.

And then two matches later I got this shit where some dumbass keeps shitting on me for not dpsing as much as him while totally ignoring the OTHER dps who was killing LESS than me but he was Soldier and I'm Tracer so obviously Tracer is the problem because since when is Soldier a mistake.

I can't even count the number of times I died as Mercy because somebody on a balcony above me decided to run away ASAP once anyone below died, leaving me to die as well instead of letting me fetch a ride. It's infuriating.
