Increase their xp. They currently have 9000 health and give 880 combat and 300 slayer xp. Compare that to dark beasts with 8500 health with 1125 combat and 330 slayer xp.
Now the argument can be made that dark beast require 90 slayer to do, and I agree with it. But they should at least have their xp bumped up another 120 combat xp per kill or so.

There's no way to import from someone else. Go to interface settings and unlock UI to move it around (also turn on slim headers while you're there). Once you have it the way you like it, you can save it so you can load it again later, or if it gets messed up.

You can also enter Edit mode to move even more stuff around, like the xp popups and buff bar.

I completed the waterfall quest and witches house but I'm not sure what to do now.

OSRS has less dead content (there is less overall content) and there's niche things for almost everything. The fucking stealth section, something you're hindered with due to Runescape's 600ms input delay based system.

MM wasn't hard because of the boss fight, it was hard because you were sent off to a hostile island away from civilization where everything even level 2 critters were highly aggressive towards you and were highly poisonous and that was back when poison actually did something more than tick you for less than 1% of your health that you regenerate before the next tick like it is now in EoC. It was hard because back then brews didn't exist, summoning didn't exist, abilities didn't exist. Guides were scarce and undetailed. Dying meant you LOST everything on you with no chance of getting it back and you had to go back there most likely on foot.

This kind of flat thinking "prayers were 100%" really doesn't do the old game and quest justice. It was a real fucking quest. Probably the best Jagex had ever came up with. Now nothing is the same because dying is 100% risk free and you can get back to wherever you were in half a minute. The power creep is insane. You can AFK more than 80% of the monsters in the game with soulsplit that would fuck your shit up back then.
