A bit clean but yeah, that's the gist of it.

Oberon would be usable if he had a huge health/Armor pool and then you could melee tank or whatever, and use the AOE rad procs and force knockdowns to boost CO melee.

I'm just not impressed with what he's offering. You need too much of all stats to make his abilities worth using.

that's completely wrong, that was a change sometime in the last few months? but before that you could kill something with 2-3 projectiles from a single trigger pull and it would count as a stealth kill (or at least not cause them to cry out and/or alert other enemies before we got stealth kill bonuses)

silence mods are trash for a few reasons, like that they tend to not work for clients or at least did in the past, but that has nothing to do with it

You are aware of the 5 second spawn protection, aren't you? If you go too fast and kill an enemy that spawned less than 5 seconds ago, it doesn't count as a stealth kill and it breaks your current chain. This include dogs/cats summoned by masters. I just stealth chained Octavia (only just recently even cared to farm for it) to max, and never encountered this. Even though it was a pain in the fucking ass with all these stealth stealth nerfs. The projectile rule only counts for, I'm guessing, AoE weapons, because I couldn't get a stealth kill with Sonicor anymore, or Staticor. I couldn't keep a chain going with Talons either, my other go-to for stealth chains, because DE made its explosions sequential instead of instant.

New player here, is it possible that my weapons somehow got switched? Because i had the bow and kunais for the whole first mission, got on the ship, they today i played and i didn't had the bow and kunais anymore but the two guns instead.

I am, and that's been around for much longer than this recent change (first saw maybe early feb 2017?) in behavior; unless they reverted this in the last patch or something, I can't successfully get a stealth kill on an enemy which I can visually confirm has been spawned for more than 5 seconds and is according to both its patrol behavior and map icon unalerted if I would need more than one projectile's worth of damage to kill it (even using a normal hitscan type gun)

No because it can give IPS damage to elemental weapons calculated off base damage. It's not much but if you have a source of invincibility other than Naramon it may be worthwhile for the synergy with Condition Overload.

Move Hallowed Ground to his 1, move renewal to his 4, move reckoning to 3 and smite to 2.

Hallowed Ground becomes 360Degree, gains some DoT Healing and Armor buffing based on Strength and scaling percentages. Base Strength is 5% Health returned per sec, caps out at 15% health returned per sec with max str. Armor Bonus over time gives 5% per sec and caps at 50% more armor.
Gains an augment that allows him to carry hallowed ground with him as an aura.

Smite gets 100% proc chance, does about 30% enemy health as damage, and all stats (except for efficiency) increase the number of orbs sent out from the initial cast. (this skill will always be garbage though, there's no way to fix it.)

Reckoning loses its blind, it's not particularly useful anyway, instead it scales armor reduction better, up to 100% with Corrosive projection/Intensify/PowerDrift.

Reckoning gets its infinite range back and becomes an allied link that allows you to take damage for your teammates, reducing the amount of damage they take by (factor) presumably to be combined with hallowed ground for survivability. Also gets an augment that allows (factor) of damage dealt to you to be dealt to any enemies who are proc'd by radiation.

Passive is changed to "enemies suffering from radiation procs can no longer see you or allied tenno or their pets/companions." Essentially invisibility, but only if the enemies are proc'd.

I think he's fine now that Renewal is properly channeled. It's like having Ravenous + an armour buff at all times. Solid alternative to Trinity, especially given how it can give a significant armour boost to teammates. With Intensify, Energy Conversion, and Growing Power, I could maintain a 411 armour boost with 81 health regen per second across my whole team for a very, very long time. His 2's good for handling status effects and giving knockdown resistance now that it's big enough to be reliable, his 4 is good for a short infighting cc and killing off weaker stragglers, and his 1's good to spend on priority targets without having to be an OH SHIT like his 4 is given it'll interrupt them and make other enemies target them / them target enemies for a short bit. The damage buff is nice, making it stronger if you actually use it on priority targets like bombards, scorches, napalms, heavy gunners, healers, but you should really treat it as target harassment, not damage.
