Shadow is not the problem. Aegis and Dragon are. The very fact they exist ruins so many decks everyone is forced into Shadow to even have a chance.

I used to think SV is much better than HS but not anymore. ToG fucked up everything. And the worst thing is it will never be fixed. Aegis will ruin control and Neps forever. Ramp can't be nerfed at this point too.

Here is the thing you don't understand. Not drawing a turn 2 removal spell against any other aggressive deck going second doesn't equate to an auto-loss, because you can still play a minion if that's what you drew instead and eventually trade into their board but take more damage in the process. Shadow has minions that snowball too hard in the early game. If you don't immediately remove them then shadow continues to get more and more value out of them. This is currently one problem with the deck and the reason why it's going first winrate is so ridiculous. The other problem is overloarded value contained in single cards like Catacomb, Zombie Party, Eachtar, Thane, Death's Breath.

It's not equivalent to a bone chimera at all because it's spread over two different targets. A single bone chimera can be ignored for as long as possible to avoid spawning more skeletons but when every target on the board replaces itself that just further improves the power of follow up catacombs or reapers/orthrus.

First of all you're complaining about a combo that requires 2 specific cards and missing out on your curve when you're playing a deck loaded with 2 and 3 drops. It is common to draw a 1-drop if you run 3-5 of them and a 2-drop if you run like 7 of them (that you can play on turn 2). Hitting that 3/40 oracle on turn 2 is less likely than a midrange deck missing a 2 or 3 drop. Not to mention Orthrus easily deals with Rahab if you're going first, the only trouble it could give you is when you're going second and drew like shit.

I ranked all the way from AA2 to Masters with midrange shadow, I understand how the deck works. The reason the deck has such a high winrate is the high chance to snowball in the early game. Matches shouldn't be decided by the coin flip and turns 1-3.

The problem is that most decks that aren't Ramp or Shadow seems pretty trash. I want all the classes to be viable, but right now Haven, Sword and Forest are pretty trash, and my Rune and Blood decks are pretty much unplayable. Maybe I'll just wait for the initial nerf before I buy any more packs.

Acolyte's Light does the trick. Angel of the Word and Blackened Scripture also works, but requires having two in hand. It's otherwise a frustrating card to deal with, though.
