Gotta love how they make it so in this game you have to fight through 50 waves of Kett and if you die at some point you got to start all the way over fight through all those 50 waves again, accomplishing all the side objectives you did on the way all over again.

I'm anticipating the Quarian ark to be a fairly small linear DLC, and probably something on Meridian where kett survivors have gone to ground around the ark and you get a new worldspace to explore about the size of the Inquisition DLCs. It makes no sense to make the assets for Meridian and only use them for a 5 minute driving/10 minute shooting section.

I'm more excited about it because Drew is in charge of the project, since Bioware Austin is working on it. Also, the ToR companions are the best that have been introduced in recent Bioware games, like everything since DA2.

Now, don't take this the wrong way. ToR is an online single player game. The combat sucks, the quests suck, the animations suck, there is no optimization whatsoever and the gameplay mechanics are terrible. That being said, should you pick it up, going through the dialogue and meeting the companions, you'll find that it is considerably less cringey than most of ME:A, at its worst and standard Bioware schlock at its best. Which is probably why you played Bioware games in the first place.

But anon, the UI is shit, it is designed for a console, it features 1 dimensional lists everywhere. It is laggy which is much much more noticable for a mouse cursor than it is for dpad input. Right click is functionally useless. Scroll wheel input is limited to a processing rate, so scrolling 20 clicks fast will only move the list cursor by 4 spaces instead. Trying to scroll (in the settings menus only) while moving your cursor will reset your selector to where your cursor is hovering, while it needs to be at the top/bottom to scroll through the list.

The other anon is retarded for saying that because it's a console port you need to play with a controller, the game probably is kind of balanced around that, but who cares. Mouse movement still has smoothing even if you turn it off, and the input still has a small delay to it, it does make aiming less smooth.
