too many risks, little to no reward, very slow, no defense, many characters do what he wants to do better, safer, faster and stronger, most of his tools are inadequate, lacking or simply the worst in their category and he inexplicably whiffs his best moves in the corner. Combine that with the worst command grab in the game and all of his specials besides EX Chop and EX Stomp being punishable by everyone and all his mediums being slower than more than half the casts' heavies means he doesn't really have any real strength, especially compared to any other character or any other grappler.

Almost all pro players who used to use him in S1 have dropped him since S2 hit. Every character has made top 16 so far besides Alex, his best is top 64 and 25 more hp isn't going to change much in S2.1

Because Hakumen is her idol, he is justice incarnate. She's obsessed with "muh justice" so she's kind of obsessed with him and wants to be more like him. She does like Jin, I think they get together at the end of CF. That's what I've gathered from browsing /blaz/, I've never touched BB story mode. Another Tsubaki from another universe or some shit also ends up in Hakumen's suit at the end of CF. You can see Hakumen's arm and sword in view but Tsubaki's voice is coming from it, meaning that she's inside it.

you should see some of the shit the other characters have dude. dee jay is literally a better guile and has ToD combos, chun li's recovery is almost just as fast and she has walk forward super that does 80s and retarded normals. Guile's super is only good if you can combo into it (which is hard) and you have to know all the anti air normals for every situation. He also has no auto win condition like a lot of characters do where he can just fuck you really hard, he has to earn his damage slowly for the most part.

The japanese say that the shinzui characters are: new ken, guile, new sagat and zangief and the rest have cheap degenerate shit
