Most of my memories here have been happy. I've made plenty of friends after only having one for like ten years, I experienced Christmasspiritfor the first time in ages, I was inspired enough to take over 50,000 screenshots of cool stuff to share with people, and all the creativity has even gotten me back into art after an 8-year hiatus. I think I might have been able to help a few people too. People trying to start drama doesn't just get rid of all that.
Heck, if we're talking specific instances of good feels then this pic that Rette did on a whim is a perfect example. I was having a crummy day and a bunch of people tried to cheer me up, which was nice enough on its own, but then Rette just decides to make this fine illustration of it too. It turned my day around completely. It wasn't just because we got cool art, but more that they cared enough to make it and that other people cared enough to try cheering me up. I think about that whenever I see this pic now and it just makes me happy to have met all of you.

I think they are in the same vain as people like jalid who just left or other people in the past.
They had an impact on people in some way at some point so people still talk of them even when they are absentthey are also a draw friend, a girl, and have a fem cac so people are more willing to make art of them and remember to include them

Nemi the CaC is a normal human who died and was possessed by an evil kai Goku Black style. They're an interesting character with a striking design and lots of personality, which is why people make a lot of art of them.

Bloody Counter is just quick and nice, not sure on the evasion skill, almost never use it

I agree with you actually, I much prefer scratchy artwork than doing binary or more cleaned up artwork, but usually I won't do that for other people just so they can see what's going on.
Just practice some more, you'll get the hang out of it. When I was 13 I spent my entire science and math classes for 3 days straight trying to draw Frieza. I might still have that somewhere in a storage building actually. Just don't be afraid to erase though and redo things constantly.

Yeah i spend a lot of times undoing and redoing as it is, I feel like just trying to perfect the scratchyness for now by reducing how many scratchy lines it takes, I think it's working.

As long as you're learning, it doesn't really matter how you learn. I find a good trick that helped me a lot was measuring with the segments of my fingers. So like ear to ear for the size I want might be the first two segments of my pointer finger, and then I'd draw a quick primary from there and go back over it several times trying to fix it.
Though there are still some things I'm not great at, shading is one, certain poses (arms behind the back) is another, etc. Just gotta learn and learn and learn. You'll get there though.

How've you gone about trying to pick those out? I've straight up looked at pastries and confectionaries for like a half hour deciding on my Majins, so if just trying different colors on your own seems like a bust you could always try getting inspiration in a similar fashion. Personally I go for Lx5 > SB for light breaks, and Hx2 > SB for heavy breaks. Sometimes I use the cannonball vanish for light breaks but I miss with that a lot.
My favorite is the uppercut combo, but that only works offline or near the ceiling, and even then it's wonky online.

I use the uppercut for both light and heavy breaks. Heavies are a bit weird there and hit or miss depending on the enemy's size and what direction they were facing at the start of the uppercut, so it's really just a gamble.
But gambling is fun, so whatevs.

Buularose and her older brother were dropped off at Conton at a younger age by their parents, who soon took off and left them there, they haven't been seen since. She and her brother were given enough zeni to rent out an apartment for a few months, but still barely had enough to scrape by, Buularose and her brother then scrounged enough zeni to start up a small bakery, where her brother mainly bakes and she takes customer's orders. She then saw an ad one day for the Time Patrol, and saw that it payed well, she quickly joined and is quickly getting more funds for her and her brother's business and getting a less cramped apartment. Rocket is from a world in the super far flung future in the deep reaches of space where everything is rainy and cyberpunk looking. Her family was poor and her saiyan father often had to do merc work for one of the local gangs. He eventually got himself killed in a pretty dishonorable fashion, which prompted their mother to go on a quest of vengeance and leave Rocket to fend for herself in the streets.
So naturally she grew up, moving between person to person who'd be willing to feed her and give her a roof to stay under in exchange for odd jobs, most of which were simple theft or illegal courier work. She also became tied up in gang wars during her early teens, which helped bring out those saiyan genes in her. She fought, she stole, she brutalized and eventually grew into a pretty aggressive youth with little desire to socialize or be friendly.
Her criminal actions growing coupled with her ever growing power level caught the attention of the Galactic Patrol, who kept a bead on her at all times, waiting until her ambitions grew enough that she became a galactic threat. Eventually, when a number of gang members banded together to try and take her down, she went Super Saiyan for the first time (repressed rage etc etc) and then the Galactic Patrolmen brought her in and sent her to the past to join the Time Patrol as a kind of rehab/community service. Since she's actually pretty manipulative too, it isn't working out the way they hoped.

Majora was an Elite Class Saiyan born with a gentle temperament. Her kind and idealistic attitude, chafing with the values of her people who openly valued the arts of war chose self imposed exile.
Wandering the galaxy as a cook, seeking a greater purpose in life she eventually "stumbled" upon my XV1 CaC (the Namek seen here) in a pitched battle against a squadron of Cooler's minions. Immediately leaping to his aid she helped dispatch the mooks.
As it turns out it was all an elaborate test put forth by the Namek w/ Gun to test her resolve, offering her a better chance to make a difference.
She accepted and was recruited into the Patrol. Majora initially distrusts most other Saiyans at first, but always offers them kindness. After time she grows to appreciated and respect her roots and come to terms with her origins.
Goody two shows who hecked off to be a cook/baker.

Alright welldisplaying my autism here for the first time ever:
My majin was born in the dimension of time from a small speck of majin goo. How she came to be there is unknown, but it took a long time for her to forma shape, a will and an ego. She's older than she looks. Afterwards she was trapped there for a very long time, the endless white void was all she knew. One day she happened upon the gate to earth and escaped, finally seeing the universe for the first time.
Obviously she's overwhelmed by the amount of things and people, so she's endlessly curious. She has a poor grasp of personal interaction though, so she tends to just stare at whatever catches her eye, and is prone to exploding to escape if made uncomfortable or nervous. She'll often return to the time dimension to settle down and rest if she's too overwhelmed by the outside world.
If she ever gets comfortable enough to approach a person she'll usually try to fight them. Although she's picked up the common tongue, she's very bad at talking and prefers to clash with people to get to know them some.Now to submit this before I regret it.

Toufe is a majin born with a severely apathetic temperament, uncharacteristic of the race. At a young age she often had her head in the clouds dreaming about almost nothing at all, commonly mishaps during chores and other tepid activities.
But thanks to being hurtled off a coaster ride straight into a human orphanage due to the meddling of a certain airheaded 'cousin', she gained a semblence of motivation in her dreary world. Having learned about the glorious life of fictional superheroes, and more importantly, the enthusiasm others showed in the wake of their hype, she mistook herself for being capable of filling the role due to her race's innate abilities.
Besides the issue of fictional heroes being nothing like real ones, Toufe hadn't trained up until then and lagged behind all her peers, no matter the race. Quick to tire and easily frustrated by how seemingly unreachable her goal was with little in the way of companionship to support her, she oft dawdled, procrastinating on training and preferring to doodle about grand victories rather than star in them. Even still, thanks to a burst crunching effort for final exams in her utter desperation to fulfill her one and only goal in life, she managed to succeed in being recruited for a Time Patrol Academy scholarship.
Unfortunately, her lackadaisical attitude returned and she's as of now leeching off the remainder of her scholarship, taking the odd rookie quest on occasion to battle with her guilt. The problem is that while she could certainly catch up to her peers, she doesn't realize what motivates her isn't the goal of being a hero, but purely the excitement and cheers that a hero garners. This leads Toufe to putting everything off until the last minute, be it in studies or a fight, in order for others to witness her 'surprising' turnaround. Naturally given her training and work ethic it doesn't always work out, dampering her motivation and revisiting the cycle.

Spina is a pure saiyan with parents of both high and low classes. Due to this, her father was deemd low class as well and sent to live in the slums with his family. Her parents were never bitter about it; it was her father that threw everything away to chase after her mother by choice. But Spina had to deal with the elitism the society under Frieza's rule facilitated. Being of mixed birth, her power level was upper crust for the low class, but below the lowest of the high class, and so when it came to flight or fight she was quick to chose the former as a child. Eventually, she couldn't take the treatment anymore, and pestered her mother for training at every opportunity.
Her mother won over her father by her combat skills rather than her above-average PL, and Spina adapted quickly, using her nimble frame, speed and dexterity to overtake her opponents and build her confidence in society. Eventually, she'd become something of an untouchable nobody, no trouble for royalty but a force to reckon with for the riffraff of any class' youth.
Even still, she remained embittered from her and her parents' treatment and ridicule from both classes for conflicting views of the opposing class. Spina decided to enter a competition that decided who got to embark on a trip to take over a planet for Lord Frieza, surely earning renown that her beloved family deserved.
She won by the skin of her teeth by outrunning the opponent to tire them, earning her great scorn. Ignoring this as she had no friends or good reputation to speak of, she took the trip.
But after meeting its inhabitants, she could not bring herself to eradicate them. They were civil, benign, and understanding even of an alien. Being sharp of wit, Spina was quick to pick up on the language, and even lived amongst them for a while. She realized her saiyan heritage was nothing worth proving herself for, nor her peers, in this peaceful lifestyle.

Sure it is. The bakers and butchers are out of business. They can't eat, so they can't buy hercule collectable pogs or textiles, even if they don't starve. The hercule pog and textile shops will face harsh times, escalating eventually into a full market crash. All currency in conton will now come directly from the kai ot time and the only people with money will be time patrollers, but since the only goods in production are free conton money will be worth nothing.

Celcia was born to a minor but well off family who owned just a single planet. His father, Barron Heit, ruled his world fairly and raised his son to have a quiet, peaceful life. One day, a gigantic vein of minerals vital to making scouters was discovered, prompting Frieza himself to venture out to thier out of the way planet to negotiate mining rights. However, when Frieza arrived he changed his mind and demanded the whole planet. Heit blatantly refused, knowing such a deal will leave him with nothing, and Frieza returned the favor with a death beam through his heart.
Celcia, of course, was standing not but a foot from his father when this happened. Enraged, Celcia tried to attack the galatic tyrant, but a swift flick of Frieza's tail sent him flying, and very nearly killed him.
Celcia however recovered, and swore revenge on Frieza. But since his power level was barely above Radditz level, he knew his chances were slim. Years later word reached him of Frieza's defeat at the hands of a Saiyan, and Celcia sought out to learn all he could of this warrior. After much digging, he found the scouter logs from Captain Ginyu's fight with Goku, and learned not only the mystery warriors name but also that he used a technique called "kaioken" to raise his power level exponentially. Knowing that Frieza would soon be back up and running with cybernetics, Celcia poured over the logs, trying to discover kaioken's secrets. Eventually, he figured out how to pull it off, and utilized it to train his body to withstand higher levels of power. He forced his body to transform into higher forms, eventually hitting a wall at his third form. Pushing kaioken as high as he could possibly make it go, he broke through into his final (and current) form, but almost died yet again doing it. He also permanently damaged his ki channels from drastic overuse of the technique, leaving him stronger but in extreme pain if he ever raises his ki to max.

Uneyn was born on planet Vegeta as a low class warrior. After several missions (and several zenkai boosts) she was approaching an Elite Saiyan power level. She knew that if she got a zenkai boost on her next mission she'd easily be an Elite. Her mission started a few days before Frieza put out the call to all Saiyans to return to Planet Vegeta. While on her mission she purposefully ignored the orders and finished killing everyone on the planet, which took a few weeks. At the very end of the mission she got sloppy and almost got killed. Fortunately, she was done at that point and headed to a Frieza Force space station to heal, but the closest station's healing tank was out of commission, so she had to heal the old fashioned way on the station.
When she was finally fully healed she headed back to Vegeta, but right when she took off was when Frieza destroyed the planet. By the time she got there, there was nothing left. Her pod started the landing procedure, but ended up hurtling through the now Asteroid Field Vegeta. At that point she was basically in a free fall with no control of her pod, and that's when the Supreme Kai of Time teleported her to the newly built Toki Toki City to have Unyen be one of the first members of the new Time Patrol.

1. this implies Saiyans only ever existed and lived on one planet. Wasn't Planet Vegeta at one point called Planet Plant or some shit and was taken over? do you guys really believe 100% of the saiyan race left their original home to go to this new one? maybe there's some lore idk but I figured Planet Vegeta doesn't have 100% of the Saiyan race in it and Saiyans are all over other planets conquering them and selling them or living in their original home.
2. there has to be at least ONE of the alternate numbered universes where Planet Vegeta didn't blow up, so why not use one of those?

Considering the format that the different Packs have been folowing, I'd say that expecting Super Saiyan Rage Trunks, Fused Zamasu and Rampage Zamasu for a 4th DLC Pack along with the last bits of the Future Trunks Arc would make sense (they wouldn't stop now when they're so close of implementing the Arc in its entirety, right...?).
And then leave SSB Vegetto for the free update.
What would be nice to know is if they'll keep expanding upon XV2 or just move onto XV3 after that though.
