Mac Walter was a lead writer in ME2/ME3 and the project director of Andromeda. Also, why are humans and angara even compatible? Angara are significantly different on a biological level - they feed with sunlight for fuck's sake. You would think species that are closer to each other in the universe have a higher chance of procreating together (could have evolved from similar primordial organisms), yet in our galaxy humans can only mate with asari, not with turians, quarians, drell or protheans. We can't reproduce with monkeys either.

I don't think it's really touched on, but it's implied that Jaal's pretty much willing to follow your lead on where the relationship goes, I think he'd be happy enough just with you. All people have to go on is what some Angaran lady who scans you says about Human and Angara are somewhat similar, but that could easily just be on a smaller scale, or just a reference to the whole "humans are genetically diverse!" thing that ME tries to pull, and the other is Jaal's mother asking your for your medical/health details, but in that case, I think Sahuna is just over-excited and doesn't understand how science works.

Given by Angaran Priestess on Voeld in the main resistance base, has to do with seeking out a group of religious fanatics known as "glory seekers" who are hanging out in a room in one of the other outposts on Voeld. You talk to them and they send you after their teammate Tej to go save him. You then talk with Tej and shoot a bunch of Kett at another location. My concern is that it seems the quest is offered during the priestess' blessing which only happens the first time you interact with her. Since I interacted with her prior to talking to the main resistance base commander (and starting Voeld in earnest) I'm worried I may have bugged the progression and locked myself out of the quest/mission.
