How much faster is Balmung vs Arondight.
Could He launch a Balmung and have it connect before Arondight's able to fully activate? Sieg's Balmung managed have a very similar timing to CBA but at the same time it's been stated on mats that Balmung activates really really fast for an Anti-army attack.
And likewise Siegfried doesn't really have an answer to Arondight other than running away.
It's entirely possible Siegfried can fire a balmung and still move to dodge an incoming Arondight activation but there's no confirmation about this.

But yeah, the fight has alot of unknowns to make a full call on it, I wouldn't say it's a 50/50 but the match-up could go either way in my opinion.
