I haven't gone about looking for a guild since actual vanilla. What do you actually look for? Do you like ask to sit in/join in on a raid as a trial first? What kind of Guild leader responses make you think the guild will be fun?

Also I'm fucked on raid times I think. The Australian hours 3am grind is more and more awful, but the only west coast usa time guild just lost their class lead for mages and half of their overall mages which isn't a good look to me. On top of that I want to tank on the warrior I am leveling up and they are full on warriors. The GL was trying to recruit my mage but I've already gotten rep in the other guild and it's a fun atmosphere.

EU times suck for me since they always raid early in the morning or at like noon which is no better. East coast usa guilds raid when I'm eating dinner.

you can get 3 in before you hit the arena, where you stop (unless you're a mage), and exit and then reset the instance and do it again

What is the most useless and rarest spec there is?

Does mana management get better for mages? I'm mid 30s and it feels so tedious to have to drink after every few mobs. And you barely get half your mana back from a full drink. Tried aoe farming when I got CoC in 20s but zones seemed too crowded. Also it would probably work a lot better with a mount.
