I don't have Final form unlock to get the glide ability in KH2FM, it's just I'm wondering should I just beat the game and then go fight Sephiroth after getting at least glide lv1 in post-game? Here's what I used and I'm completely F2P on a +26 Three Wishes with 215 Nova. iXion is 1 orb with AB2 + Lux (Didn't proc), Moana is 84%, and Maleficent is non boosted with +1000 Strength as the trait at 88% with ABII on her. Friend medal has AB3 but also didn't proc it and they were down to 1 bar (No extra blocks) by the time Maleficent was done anyway.

If you have a friend medal like Maleficent I think it should be pretty much the same kind of damage.

Where do people get the numbers from anyways? I've never seen it written anywhere in the game that +1 attribute boost is more effective than +1 attack boost. I didn't even know that the cap was raised to 7 until I read it here and tried it out myself.

Each buff increases a counter by 0.20. I.e., a +3 general buff is equivalent to x1.60
The key difference here is that between "classes" of de/buffs, the calculation is multiplicative instead of additive. So, for anon's example:
+6 GEN STR: x2.20 (1 + 6*0.20)
+3 GEN, +3 PSM: x2.56 (1.60*1.60)
By mixing up your classes of buffs, you ultimately end up with more power than you would otherwise.

Pretty much the only time +1000 would be better is when taking gauge into account, unless you're putting the SP 1/2 on a Xigbar B you're not gonna want to give it double use.
Cause even with iKairi 2 that's still 12 bars being used. Then whatever the shared medal is, then when you do your next turn you're probably gonna use your iKairi worth 3. So there's a possibility of running out of gauges.
