Probably that the kid survived the Bite of 83 somehow, and whose room the girl's room belonged to. Shedding the light on the family in general gives the household dynamic more context. It gives the Fredbear incident a story purpose (to set the stage for Michael) when previously it was an absolute clusterfuck as to who's rebuilding who and who, if any, the kid possessed after the bite.

It's not a clean cut, but it ties off most of the 4 questions.

After fnaf 1, the game has been a lot more shock horror focused than psychological horror, the whole being forcibly shoved into a suit idea that was only ever subtly shown without directly being shown happening was probably one of the better choices made in the series. After that the franchise just became jumpscare heaven, most of them lost their horror as soon as you knew how to beat them. If you can avoid the jumpscares you can avoid all the horror pretty much which is a shame.
For example as soon as you know what each voice prompt funtime freddy says means in SL's custom night, they become nothing more than that, voice prompts that help you beat the night.

I don't know where exactly FNAF's license would be that could let it be written by those guys. It always struck me as a Dark Horse or Vertigo title. The latter especially now that WB is on the movie.

Honestly, a six issue mini with IDW sounds the most likely. Normaly I'd say making it an ongoing with Darkhorse would be ideal, but DC is killing it right now with a majority of their Hanna Barbera comics, and I wouldn't mind seeing them do a loose but ambitious story with FNaF as well. I doubt many moved to /sthg/, maybe the /trash/ Sonic threads see a few visitors, but a majority of people that left left to make furry OCs on tumblr or to just chat with old faces on skype/discord, with most bigger names (Weaver, Mizu, Snax, Gud, Vaw) spending a large chunk of time in the Zootopia general. Jojo is what has had Aardman, Starchy, and Springroll for quite a while going on references and general art. Jokes aside, it's solid Power. I'm not sure how Mike got the idea of altruism tying into even a possible reason for doing his job, but I liked the introspective side before the twist.

The twist was good, a lot of people have toyed with the Pizzeria being a malevolent figure and the true source behind the evils but the sort of last minute stinger approach you took to it was solid.
