I haven't played Bloodborne in a while. I did NG and NG+ and platted it with a STR character mostly using the axe. I'm getting the urge to pick it back up again and try a different character type. With Bloodtinge you'll want to farm some Bloodtinge stuff for your Chikage/Bowblade as well as your guns. If you want to be real Korean you farm OoS 31.5%s for everything.

As for arcane, you're going to want to farm for elemental gems, which are harder to farm for than regular tempering gems (L3/4 bosses which are more difficult and require save scumming).

Anyway, there's item descriptions suggesting Arianna has a connection to the Vileblood's through more than just coming from Cainhurst. For one her dress is a noble dress. There are 3 in game, one is worn by Arianna, one is worn by Annalise, the third is loot.

Well, firstly, you're just simply not going to find a radial Arcane gem unless you farm either the BHAs, or Ebrietas for an off-shape. Cold Abyssals come in radial readily so it's a more economical farm.

Secondly, I kinda told you already: Cold Abyssals can add as much AR to a weapon as a 24% elemental gem, and sometimes more. And since elemental gem damages top out at 24.8 and 27.2, it's often better to have one Cold Abyssal than another 24.8, provided you could even get one in the right shape.

Ok, most *Abyssal* elemental gems come in waning and triangle. And when you're at the point of geming with those, you won't need 20-24%s anymore.

The only elemental Abyssal I can think of that can be found naturally in radial are Fire Abyssals, which top out at 24.8, which means, like in my example webm here, only the two weapons with the best Arc scaling in the game might actually get more AR through them than a Cold Abyssal. I'm not gonna check for Whirli, but you can see that even LHB, which has .88 Arc scaling, only gets about 5 more AR using a 24.8 over another Cold.

Here's an example to prove my point.

Yes, and yes. The dungeon has to be shared. You can also just join the glyph instead of SRRCing, but it's up to you.

You know how dungeons have glyphs? Instead of SRRCing, you can also input the glyph and join it. SRRC can be annoying long to connect, so it's often easier to go and ring on layer 1, for example. Some also like to rush to the next layer on their own to avoid having to SRRC.

SRRC is when you use the far end headstone to just join a random dungeon, you can use a password to join someones dungeon too but it takes longer. if you instead make the same dungeon the person is in, enter it, then ring the bell in there you join 10x faster.
