The higher you go, the more rewards, but the more modifiers you have to apply which includes more health/more damage for enemies, more special spawns, etc.

EXP wise not really, but gives good money, continental coins and card drops.

It's also pretty fun with friends, only complaint would be a lack of modifiers and stealth is pretty much asking to fail your crime spree.

From my testing, it doesn't seem to ignite the ground, just ignite enemies in the radius. If it actually does ignite the ground though, must have piss-poor duration and radius.

No idea, I just copied the setup function and changed the 'unlocked' value. There's some other checks and stuff but honestly I don't care that much if other people see it or not to dig around more.

The Phosphorus grenade is more of a sidegrade of the good old Hand Grenade rather than having any relation to the molotov. Sure, it burns people, but it's a sidegrade due to the fact that it explodes like a normal grenade, but instead of killing them outright, burns them instead which means it can actually stun Cloakers.
