It will be a family-feud style quiz game where players submit their ad-lib answers. You do damage based on how fast your response is trending on the server.

Battlefield effects are modified by the weather and the daily news.

Characters has perma-death with SSR unit rate of 1% or less. However, every time a character dies, a global soul counter is added to that character. When a certain amount of soul counter is reached, everyone on the server gets a copy of that character that is immortal. The copy of that character a player get will be also be based on how many times they contributed to the soul counter with top murders getting unique versions.

To explain further, Assault Mei's divergence skill can literally melt enemies. White Knight Kiana also has a AoE multi-hitting divergence skill that's better for crowd control than Assault Mei but has weaker damage output againts one enemy. Assault Mei's ultimate also has higher damage potential. As for Demon Mei, I don't have her to give you a personal opinion, you can ask other anons here. Comparing any unit against Rose Himeko is really unfair, because she can bulldoze over all enemies. I think her charge attack has similar DPS compared to assault Mei's divergence skills, and it can also float/knock down enemies, meaning you can keep attacking longer or activate QTE's.

If you want more information, I need to ask why you are looking for such a detailed response. Are you trying to reroll for her because you don't have a good enough starter characters and don't want to farm her for a month? Or are you asking because she isn't good as you expected?

Yea, Saint Kiana does more damage, the ranged Kiana does mediocre damage and has a weaker divergence skill and less AoE capability. You have to keep attributes in mind too. If you want to used a ranged character, then by all means use her, she is still fun to play as.

Good supports are vital if you dont have a strong water team so aim for stuff like Autima supports or Laharl/Gil supports. Basini supports are great too.

I saw a video where a guy soloed the stage with his Prinny but I don't know if it's because the gear also helped. With most games, as time goes on, they get updates like new game modes, more fun ways to play, quality of life improvements...but BGHS? They're celebrating their 2nd anniversary by removing guaranteed rolls and having an extremely grindy ranking event with small brackets. I hope this countdown they're doing comes with teases for new and better things, but they do such a good job of leaving the fans in the dark with nothing good to hope for.

Twitter and 2ch are all pretty negative. Some QoL and bug fixes would be excellent but BGHS seems to be in an operational mode where they'll only bother using programmers minimally.
Every day I go into the daily gift battle, it has a notice about a big gift on the 16th. Then I find that it only gives 2 gems again and forget the message.

I don't even know what they could do aside from guarantee tickets, but that would piss off whales who already tried rolling for everything.

Keep in mind that you have to farm 240 of each character's special jobs outfit recipes, then their weapon (forgot how many weapon's items you need for each character) and then 6 job unlock items for Almira's last job.

With that roll you will have to farm for 1200 recipes (480 for Almira since she has two special jobs and 240 for each of the other), 6 job unlock items for Almira and another big number for the weapons.

Yes but you really need to babysit the game a lot to do it and don't waste your time, at low player level you'll keep leveling up quickly giving you near infinite source of stamina to do it

And just so you know, if you REALLY can't make it before the event ends, you can buy the items in the shop for 250 gems(it's a total of 750 gems per character to get their items), and for the love of God, remember to buy the plates for Almira's 3rd job(icon of a dagger plate in the disgaea shop tab)
You'll probably need to progress the story at least a bit to help you level up and get acess to some job items to get Laharl stronger, which in turn will speed up farming

So after doing the first 'chapter' of valient force
it seems like a cross between 7K and Knights Chronicles. Specifically I feel it does a lot of things better than KC and its closer to 7K because you start off :
You get a Valient which I assume is the equvilent of the seven knight/white knights
You have the generic boy knight/girl healer combo rather than doing a 10 roll for out the gate but they seem serviceable enough

Its 400 to 10 draw but it seems like just going through chapter one on normal/medium/hard will get you there + whatever gems you get from achievements

Theres 6 equip slots, and the characters can branch out into a few job variations. Not all characters can go from 1-5. Gallery shows every character I think and there seems to be very few natural 5s but I dont think those are summonable?

Also another bit of RNG is the stat growth. I think you can just pay gold to reroll the growth and it allocates the points around so you dont have to worry about not touching a character if you didnt get an ideal min/max

She's cute but she's focused pretty defensively. On top of that her and other versions actives are pretty long cooldowns. She seems okay but won't give you the impact amd strength like Brynhilldr and the Vermillion Birds do. She might be the weakest of the new releases so far as far as current stuff I know about. They may make an event more defensive focused or something to accentuate her but I doubt it.

If anything the winner in thay gacha is blue Ouroboros, that unit is disgustingly useful, cute and invaluable.

I think youre underplaying just how tanky both of these characters are.
The green one gives mitigation to the party while doing % damage and an insane debuff mechanic that either locks them or you get a massive atk debuff at worst

purple one gives x2 reflect and 99% mitigation shield while increasing others health. 42 isnt bad for what the skill does. Theres a lot of characters who operate very well beyond the skill spam ones. This skill is great for boss hp trigger/charged skills to save your party. The HP increase you can play around with with characters who deal more damage based on health sacrificed or health remaining.

The leader skills are meh since its more beneficial if you can get good spirit units since you dont really need to buff bull types unless you just want to play a super turtlely style

Dunno you present good points, I'm probably a bad judge since of defensive play since I've been spoiled with red vbird. The purple turtle skill cooldown is still 50 cost at max for 99% reduction which is great and probably vital for boss difficulty clears like Ymir. If that being the case I'd rate dark turtle higher then green since finding green vbird friend leads isn't too hard. Dark also has interesting burst potential with red vbird because of the max % hp increase. Hopefully White Tiger as shit fist fighter.

What really triggers me about astral is they design their new charas and gachas around this you have to spend system. Like CNY gacha with vbirds lasted 2.5 weeks almost and they're probably the strongest possible starter / end-game unit besides some niche Brynhilldr set-ups. Every gacha since with new units last like 2-4 days top and is cycled out with some filler balogne. I get the business model to incentivize IAP but still.

They are giving us quite a few easy to get memorial runes in shironeko with the new event

The events are the way to go. If they keep up the tempo for how they set it up then you just bust your ass during the event to get as many cubes/tickets then youll have more than enough for the astral fests. Im surprised this one is showing up at the 7th since theyve been around the end of the month usually but maybe this one is just lagging behind.

If I really wanted to get more cubes I could go through story mode still + clear all the chaos fights but I cant be bothered with how lucky Ive been with single pulls. Farming for 10s just doesnt seem that great since the rate afaik does not go up you simply get more chances but spend 15 more cubes you could have put towards whatever daily draws in the future

but I will say that summon tickets from events are the things to hold onto if you want to keep going after a daily pull. with the 2 day gachas being permanent(?) it seems vital to hold onto those

Here's my two cents.

Both Turtles are actually insanely useful, but not in the manner you'd expect.
They aren't powerhouses in the sense that you can clear mid-level content simply from having them on your team, but offer very powerful utility on high-level content

Sima Yi is considered one of the most valuable common pool units simply due to his 39/30SP 80% Damage reduction skill.
Dark B.Tortoise is flat out a buffed version of Sima Yi (even being the same type) at 42/33SP 99% Damage reduction with an additional 3-turn HP boost.

As for Green B.Tortoise, party-wide 12% reduction every turn is nothing to scoff at, especially if you can combine it with attack debuffs.
For content where battles -will- last more than just a couple of turns, this adds up in taking the pressure off of the mandatory healspam needed to grind through damage-sponge bosses-- which also becomes a lot more managable due to the 20% target HP damage from her skill.
If I'm not mistaken, this is the strongest unconditional target HP skill thus far.
The hefty 55/64SP cost is even made managable by the fact that she gets +6SP every time she recieves damage.

This gacha won't help newbies as much as previous gachas, but make no mistake: the Black Tortoises are really strong utility.

the only boss ive had problems with would be the light angel woman but she was a limited time fight and she was incredibly tanky + debuffed the hell out of you

maybe in the deep parts of events would the bosses start huting but from what ive seen it looks like they just get more and more health

the turtles are really good for if you KNOW a boss has a hp trigger and youre not going to kill it fast enough because thats when being a dps lord turns to trash and you remember healers + tanks are actually a thing

But I only have experience with convertible laptop screens with capacitive pen input and touch. Most tablets are resistive if I remember correctly, which isn't as accurate/clean for writing. Soccer spirits probably has the most amount of strategy involved when put next to most of the games played here aside from maybe TB but you spend a ton of time using auto for shit. Sometimes even in pvp if you really dont care.

I see it as kind of a spectrum, rather than binary auto/non-auto.

On one end you have pure autobattlers with no manual option, on the other end you have stuff with no auto option at all, and all the games with both options are somewhere in between.

I don't mind some auto. But when the game wants me to leave it playing itself all night to make a bit of progress, that tends to kill my interest pretty quick.
