I just masturbate for very long sessions, and by using the flowchart to figure out how many scenes I have left I just don't ejaculate until I reach the very last scene of each route, then take a break and do the next route in one long session the next day. It only takes me an hour - hour and a half per route. You don't have to ejaculate to every scene.

Only problem is that sometimes the last scene isn't great, like in the harem route where the last 'scene' is just a cuddling CG and 20 lines of dialogue but it's still listed as a full scene. Kind of a shame that I had to go back and finish to Nol's last scene (which is fantastic), but still a great game overall.
