Can't really say since things changed up a bit with flag quests refreshing every round. All you can really do is ride it out and plan for the next gauntlet. I can say one thing though, saving all your flags for the last round is no longer a good idea, but you should save a good amount for it.

Don't bother with Alfonse. Anna and Sharena are pretty usable if you can upgrade them to 5*. Sharena is also usable as 4*.

Having a hard time coming up with a good B skill for Minerva.

Her speed seems good enough to justify not having Brash Assault or Quick Riposte, but Vantage seems kind of like a waste since she is a little fragile with Life and Death and is suppose to kill things fast anyways. Desperation is the same thing really, she is hardly ever in half HP range.
