The fact that they put every other species on the Quarian ark makes me feel pretty sure that the ark is going to get destroyed. They would have to create models for all those species. I've had Tali and Kaidan in ME3 basically solo whole levels full of dozens of enemies each on Insanity, and they're the weakest squaddies in that game. Give Garrus a Typhoon and he murders everything. I can't imagine any MEA squaddies doing that with their lack of control and low level of damage. You can't even use them as power-turrets for combos since you can't direct them.

It's not the type of side quests, it's the fact that in order to do Liam's loyalty, for example, I need to spend 10 hours of dealing with all of these other planets. Kadara, for example, in order to settle it, you need to go through like 10 different side quests, none of which really have much to do at all with the main story other than expanding on the universe.

It's frustrating as fuck, because if you don't do it, you'll feel like a piece of shit, and it will probably affect what happens if they ever come out with a sequel.

Well depending on how big the universe is I am sure there is at least one alien out there I would fuck. If the universe is big enough there's at least one species out there that look identical to humans.
