I dunno how much stamina you have, but I have 180 and I still feel that gemming for 60 stamina raids to socket another unit is a waste. Maybe it's because I've been doing so many Colos, but the fact that I get 3 copies per gem, and out of those 3 copies I have 25% of getting what I want, it just seems like an absolute waste for me.
With Tomes though, I get so many from Colos I really don't mind feeding them away to my legends. Plus, the faster I socket them, the faster I can use them, I really like not having to wait for monthly raid rotations and not fully socketing a unit because that day I was busy or something.
For me at least, it's just overall more relaxing and takes a huge weight off my back when playing.

I got fucking Bellmere as my first pull, I've been playing just over 100 days and I've got 4 legends. Legends aren't as rare as they used to be.

People who say rerolling is a necessity are mostly people who started playing very early on when legends were much harder to come by. They're still rare, don't get me wrong, but if you like your current team and are having fun with the game I would seriously suggest you just continue onward.

As much as Toei's animation is shit, and I'd love it, this is just right in Oda's comedy wheelhouse. His reliance on that exact gag is honestly getting a little too repetitive I think now.
