If you're running scorch you shouldn't be plopping on point and just relying on his shield because it'll go down quick. Mainly you should be using it as a buffer tool before and after pushes, relying on your larger health pool and fireballs to force people into bad positions where your team can capitalize on their mistakes. Heat Transfer is a good card to run in general since it lets you build Charge quicker which you should always be ready to use given how fast your shield can break and put you in an unfavorable spot. If anything else, just have an escape plan ready at all times should you need to use it.

No. Grover can't out heal a decent Damba. I love grover but there is a reason pros use only Ying and Snek as medics.
Damba can (and should) out dmg Ying as well. Just keep spamming that M1 in the general direction of enemy, dambas dmg is quite impressive actually it's just a bit hard to hit. and try to land those stuns.

My only problem with snek is his escape, a bit to short, yes you can use a card that buffs it, but even with that it's sometimes hard to escape if your tank goes down.

now that they increased the "hitbox" on his heal you can choose not to use the lower cooldown when you miss card and that's a bit of a buff i would say.

snek is strong, i would say snek is even better than Ying in most cases. Unless you're playing with 2 tanks (ying gives better heals then) or against a flank/range dmg team (can't use the stun or do much dmg, but nor can Ying then)

BK especially you only need to play him nonstop for a week in order to get good at him, i don't mean tournament level but just enough to do very good in all games, bomb king is so easy that you don't even need to aim for them, simply placing your sticky bombs on the ground is enough to get a ton of kills, if they move and catch a sticky that was meant for the ground then great but just aiming towards the ground is so good right now.

As for flanks you just need to get experience, i mained scout in tf2 and played competitive so i'm used to looking for flanking positions (also the reason i tend to flank a bit even with frontlines)

1300-1700 is very very low level, they have trash aim and can't keep up a fast pace.

Trust me the hitscan flanks do not require much aim at all, you just need to stick with one champion at a time and play them for a day or two nonstop so you can get the feel for them.

I can play them all effectively on a HDTV (huge input lag), the most aim based champions i can think of are Kinessa and Cassie but Kinessa's mines make the job much easier.

I'm a frontline Main so usually that means unless the dps and flankers actually kill things instead of trickling in I can't do much. I've seen every build used effectively, the one i saw that surprised me the most is a Torvald with the runic blast build, he played super agressive (with nimble), runic blast reduction cards and dude just was a killing machine, it was funny watching a torvald getting consistent double/triple kills, and since nobody gets resillience, EVER you are disarming them for 2.5 seconds at a time, which is huge.

And yes if you're looking to play agressively that card on level I or II is a must.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that it's a "2D" hitbox, rather than a 3D one, else they would have done this already. (Basically, instead of checking if the bullet is inside the shield, they check if the bullet went through the shield.)
