I just threw in stuff that could be potentially relevant.

Also, i took another shot. 11 AM, fw 81a outside of winterhold. Sun directly shining into her face AND facelight dark is also on. I also increased the bokeh radius to the maximum, Hightlight to 20 and set the aperture shape to 1 while turning on bokeh bias and curve, which controls the intensity of the Bokeh Highlight setting when DoF quality is at 7. This is the brightest setting i can get that looks good.
