How does /hsg/ feel about forced discards? Would you ever want this added to the game? Has the potential to be game-changing, but can also suck or be useless against players with empty hands. Priests, mages, locks, druids, really tired of going against these classes that stick with 7-8 cards in their hand and stay that way the whole game.

My new OC. I really like this card. Inspired from the new rogue card Mimic Pod.

Though I might have fucked up the wording, and it's actually giving you 3 cards instead of the intended 2. The idea is that it gives more control since the Discover mechanic gives you 3 choices, plus copies of a certain card can really help in decks like OTK Warrior.

I don't think there are any TRUE and HONEST decks out there anymore. I feel so dirty when I play Pirate Warrior but when it works it works too well.

There are abunch of directions that people take the deck that do slightly different things. There is the N'Zoth package that rewards you for playing the most defensive because of the endgame checkmate, but there are other variants that run more tempo/healing oriented builds. Search "Sirvilguadas Control Shaman" for the current most popular deck. would post guide and the other various lists but 4chan now wants to ban me for actually sharing content and I'm too wasted to labor over formatting every link properly

I like the design of the quests. I think people are underestimating the fact that they pretty much always take up your first turn.

1 drops rapidly become much weaker as the game goes on and a quest deck will pretty much never play them on curve. Quest decks may run no 1 drops at all because of this, except hunter obviously but I think that's the interesting part of the quest it forces you to play shitty cards off curve.

If you do play any 1 drops in other quest decks it'll be a matter of finding ones that are good off curve which most of them aren't.

1 drops are some of the most op cancer cards in the game so its cool how quests shake up the 1 mana slot.

Any tweaks to this budget deck anons ? I won down to rank 19, but most of the time now, it feels like i can't do anything early game. And i also don't have any board clears. So i'm fuck't if i can't get control of the board before my opponent. It is a budget deck. I spent all of my dust creating the jade cards that i have now. I got most of the vanilla cards.

I don't know how true that is. Warlock and Priest can both hold off on playing their quest until they have a spare mana, or right before they use their first discard/deathrattle if need be. And we still have 5 unrevealed quests that might work the same way.

But I agree that the designs are cool, and I do like how they change the curve of your deck. Depending on what new deathrattles we get, priest may or may not drop Northshire Cleric in order to get a quicker start on their quest.
