I see a lot of decks randomly playing Feena. On curve stats and another 2/2 body that cantrips is pretty damn good.

The main issue is that there's no aggressive 7-mana last words to tutor up. Khawy, Thane, and even Balor are all defensive last words, meaning they're leaning more toward stalling the game (in which case you want Mordecai) than closing it out.

With the current card pool I can only see Ledger being used to either make 2 liches in an aggressive midrange deck or as a Nep alternative.

Really, my issue with the card (and Nep) is that they're very limited by the limited number of powerful last words for them to pull in the first place, and ToG added dick in terms of new last words.

My issue with Ledger+Lurching is that it's like a really clunky version of that Havencraft amulet, except you also need to build your deck to replicate it.

The nice thing about it is that you can plan a curve for your ledger to some degree. For instance, if the only necromancer follower you have at <6 mana is Attendant, then there's a pretty good likelihood your first Ledger will mill the two Attendants you haven't pulled by the time you want to play the next one for on-demand Khawy/Balor/etc.

Lich spam on t4 and t5 is the only good thing about this book, and it's not even good.

Another cute idea is to play a neutral deck and have Balor in your deck as your only Shadow card. Ledger becomes a 4pp 3 AoE spell that occurs again the next turn. It's a lot of effort for a payoff that isn't amazing. You can do the same thing with Mordecai, but T9 mordecai is VERY late, and it's still a weak play. What's good with Nep is being able to spawn Mordecai while interacting with the board thanks to Khawy.

All in all, the card is pretty bad.

what do you think about storm blood?

blood is going to have one storm follower more the next expansion so what if you run blood wolf, imp lancer, alucard, that new succubus penetrating herself with her own tail, that's already 12 followers with unconditional storm, also blood moon and possibly dark general and laura making it possibly 18 storm followers

most of them are 6-7 pp though, but it can mean you can play a storm follower per turn since midgame

The most important feature of the mask isn't negating 5 damage, it's that you can be at 5 HP higher than your actual displayed life total.

IE you can be in Vengeance range but play the mask and be safely outside of the opponent's reach. Or you can just play Blood Moon for 1 mana more and enjoy playing broken vengeance cards at no cost for 4 turns straight.
