Why his beard so smoll?

I take back everything I said about how bad 17 is. 18 is a fucking wonder. Her back hit's attack has a large hitbox, but is slower than 17's.
She has a single combo which is very allusive that allows her to do that staminaless dash which isn't very useful. No real "reliable" stamina breaks, you gotta just jam one into your combos to catch them off guard.
Don't fucking use double Destructo Disc. Still, I practiced using 2 18s, so I should do fine.

I just don't like any of the transformations for humans. I only like Kaioken if I get a disadvantage along with a power up. which is why I usually run the Body don't let me down soul. But this soul doesn't drain HP fast enough, so I usually don't notice.

Most of the red colored moves in this game look neat and do pretty good damage.

Pinache was born with a high power level that would later mark her as an a mid-elite warrior.
Pinache is a lot more nicer than other Saiyans and can act a bit childish, and can be very quick to anger and can be over confident in battles.

Although Pinache does get her job done, she mostly spent her time on other planets trying out things there before doing her job, such as dying her hair red,trying food or just sleeping when she can and enjoying the scenery. She does get her job done after shes done messing around, and she does get it done well as she focuses more on her pure strength rather than Ki moves.

Later in her life she met Nion, who was partnered up with Pinache as she was also a mid-elite warrior, they became friends, although Nion really didn't know how to show that she appreciates their friendship and can be a little annoyed by Pinache's actions at times

After coming back from a mission, she found out that her home planet was destroyed shocked and devastated she sat in her pod there at the remains what used to be her home and wondred if Nion or anyone else made it out alive, She decided not to go with the rest of Frieza's army and instead flew away to find somewhere else to live, as she always wanted to explore the rest of the universe.

Eventually during that time she was recruited into the Time Patrol and gain a job there, while also being able to train to become stronger, during her job she managed to learn about the Dragonballs and wished for her eyes to be purple as she always wanted to look different than other saiyans.

Why are our characters not allowed to learn Smile Charge?
It is a decently solid move that only Android 17 knows.

It doesn't seem like there would be any reason physically why the future warriors couldn't learn the move.
Any other moves that share this fate? There is a good reason why Self destruct and first form cell's moves are unlearnable, so don't argue for them.

Because Smile Charge is fucking broken.

It catches pretty much anything, does extra damage if the opponent is using a move or dodging and and unlike Broly's Gigantic Slam, you're invincible during it.

I saw someone in the tournament last night who managed to get 1000 just by spamming the fuck out of Smile Charge, and after all his attempts at it failed he just gave up and disconnected

Considering how everyone is bringing up cast only skills I'd be fine with it if it was released for cacs with changes

But If these cast only moves were released to cacs with no change that would be a problem.

It's a fine move on it's own, but if given to cacs it would be a fuckiing mess,.

there is already some ways to reset combos in XV2, but it would be the popular choice because it can combo into any of your strings and it's almost certainly gonna be followed up with sledgehammer. Removing the combo reset to it would just kinda make it one of those moves you throw out in the middle of a combo for some extra damage

If your looking for depth, go elsewhere. Combat mechanics are ankle deep at best. That said it's still fun to play since it really lets you feel your in those lighting fast fights from the series. Most of the super/ult attacks are untenable outside of PvE but those that work for PvP work really well.

Plus, theres no greater feeling of realizing your opponent isnt so ordinary, so your forced to transform and reveal your TRUE power and launch a huge ki attack that could shatter planets

Though for the top players it's been rough.
Snoller's got like a 15-4 on me. Oden's got like 25-3 on me, and Me and Luffy are usually pretty even, though in cast matches her outright schools me. I want to be able to fight on a more even footing with these guys, though lag and the huge skill gap is apparent.

I cannot fight anyon on PC in my current state, but I've been told that if my computer was better I could be a contender over there.

You need fast ults in order to capitalize on JR. JR's last kick leaves your opponent in a stagger state making it easier to ult cancel. You need a super fucking bad connection for the lag to impact stagger.

JC is just the only other ult you can use in that situation. Well beside Dragonfist which is busted. I find these combo for style and to show my appreciation for the game's combo engine.

I play the game using volleyball fist and stone bullet, I'm anything but a tryhard.

That's my most competitive viable preset. Like the one with no gimmicks at all. Save for vanishing guard because it's gold. The whole point of that set is to be a parody of Golden Frieza.

I didn't make it that way, it just is. All the moves aren't hit or miss depending on lag, and they are link into each other flawlessly.

Like I wanted to make a gold set. So I added all the sparkle moves into one. PD goes into ginyu special, Mad Dance works with predicting vanishes from PD, and I just have rise to action because why not.

The set just happens to have less holes than a lot of my other sets.

All of my sets have themes to them, making sets and new combos are fun to me.
