TBC and WotLK leveling is fine, but I'd rather kill myself than go through vanilla (even the 2.0 cata one) and Cata zones ever again.

With transfers evermoon should be 500-1000 peaks. Then add cross realm pvp and pve and you're at an effective 2000-3000 people, perfect

As for the server, the raids were pretty good overall. The guild I was in died before T5 launched. All of T4 was really good save for Mag. He bugged out if the raid failed to make it to phase 2. Other than that, Kara was a gem and a pleasure to raid.
