Betelgeuse is fucking terrible though, I admit.

I like the show as a whole. It's nice to see a slow paced, meticulous high fantasy anime with a massive cast of characters and a long build up, even if it is isekai. Though I reserve the right to change my opinion if it ends without ever leading to anything.
