those champs are all too easy to kite. The hardest is probably trundle, and he can still lose 1v1s pretty easily if his enemy is more mobile than him.
The ones with low CD gapclosers like fiora, jax, or riven are much harder to duel in mid/lategame.

a champion like that would be automatically cancer as he would only ever be too strong (ie his spells are good 100% of the time leaving no room for counterplay) or unplayable garbage (his spells are weak even when you use them right). On top of that, he'd have a hard time carving out an identity for himself. Bruisers need to be more proactive, Carries need some form of damage steroid, and Tanks need defensive steroids. The kind of kit could only work in a game where items and farming didn't exist.

Nah, Teemo will merely be useless. Meepo's clones count as heroes for the purpose of XP generation so having a Meepo in your game means everyone actively receives less XP and in DotA levels are even more important than in League.

On the flip side of this, Meepo can potentially be several completed items and 8-12 levels higher than everyone else in the game if he does well. You can have your level 3 ult before enemies have their level 2.
