Jolt Bomb King was nerfed because shitters couldn't deal with it. You should still be doing damage with him, but you have to detonate in the correct way (read: mid-flight, just get close enough to almost stick people). Bomb King is played mostly as a flanker now.

You can easily kill her with ANY hero. Fernando plows through her like he does so many women, supports like Mal Dhamba can stunlock her to death and has a beefy 400+ damage per shot. Ying can remove half her health with two illusion bombs and any other flanker can outmaneuver her aside from Skye. But Skye is bad because she has no vertical movement so she is a nonfactor.

You're sacrificing DPS to have higher accuracy, so against stationary or stunned targets, just keep throwing, but otherwise you should be attacking like this. Pros do this to be more reliable, even though they could probably land the sticks.

I still use him because I find Ruckus too damn fragile and Makoa I find more use as a hook man. I'm not even sure if I want to try out Barik. From experience as Grohk and Ying I know the enemy team will go out of their way to shoot my turrets. And unlike the Engineer and Torbjorn he can't just wach his turrets to make them good and healed up.

I don't know when you left the game, but murdering Fernando was a long process, one nerf every second patch till he was almost unusable, unlike Barik that just got kicked in the dick hard in one patch and disappeared from the meta until now. Sad thing with Nando is that he lost legendary lottery, where some champions got bonuses (like Viktor that got free Aggression 3) he got his fireball damage stacking removed and put into legendary, and his other two are either useless (Formidable) or destroyed by wrecker (Aegis). But since other frontliners are getting gimped maybe he will be back? Who knows.
BK's Jolt no longer sends you into space, but he got some adjustments like simpler aiming so he feels easier to play now.

Best build is the turret build, healing station 4 is the core and then you can just pick whatever you like, either faster deploying for the turrets, combat repair or even lower cd on barricade if you want to be more bulky. Place the turrets in the places where they can't be easily destroyed, so more in the back or slightly obscured by some corners and master the art of dancing in your barricade, meaning that when enemy goes on your side you immediately go on the other. Imo it would be way too op if she could do that, free stagger every 15 s or so could be game changing.
However, you can still do that even now, but you have to put your wall behind the payload, so it won't get destroyed by it. Kinda hard to do, because you have to force your enemy off the cart, but I actually ended overtime on ice mines by placing the wall behind the payload and body blocking the only entrance that would allow access to it.

The game is well balanced in my opinion and people are exagerating.
Yes, there are character that do too much: Makoa, Drogoz. But the frontline and healer are fine. Healer are the most balanced character in this game along with frontline.

Skye is pointless and need a complete rework, Maeve is now fine and is perfectly balanced if you git gud with her, Evie is fine, Buck is fine, Lex is pretty much fine too. The damage champions are really the cheapest tought..

Why? I'm pretty good with mal damba, i've reached a point where i can be pretty much annoying. Even tought i can't beat frontliners because obviously he don't do enough damage, i can seriously damage them and get out safely. Most flankers are not really a problems.
Vine & Slithers are some pretty good ability that you can build your loadout around but i focused more on self sustain myself.

The only champions i really have a problems with is Skye but that's because she can shoot faster than i can and that if i miss one axe (or snake) only i'm dead. Just git gud.

This game is heavily TEAM DEPENDANT and even if a character is OP, then you won't get much done outside of a few kills because your team doesn't get kill which means you will always be against a tight team. Maeve was always weak against a tight team, but her 1v1/1v2 potential was wayys too overpowered. Her combo did too much damage and you couldn't react in time, that's what i complain about. Also her speed. Ways too much.
