Blog update if there's still anyone in the thread:

I'm at this point so far, and I don't see any parts that need major rebuilding anymore, so I'll just be adding details and such. If you have an idea for a major portion that needs to be rebuilt, or any details that you think could be added, I'd love to hear it.

(all the parts that are supposed to have 3Dish lighting can't be seen because the pic is taken in full daylight so you can see everything clearly for suggestion purposes)

Now that I think of it I could probably make the interior into split housing for two, so that I can fit Cyborg inside too, and I'm still bothered by Mechanic standing in that stupid spot.

Asphalt bridges both in Hell and in Space in a large Expert world. Had to level out the entirety of Hell to do it. Took a long fucking time.

No, it's all in-game, it's literally just grass painted orange, it continues to grow like that when you paint the soil orange.

Revamped pillars and a bit of the interior, this is amazingly enough still two rooms (the split is between the computer and the mysterious timer machine).

Maybe I should do the pillars with a smooth texture in the middle.

Actually it wasn't!

It was the little sloped block on the pillar, I actuated it and now they're walking in the entire interior regardless of sitting. They somehow got stuck on it even if it was walkable for me.

Are there any glowing platforms?

I think the face monsters are pretty good enemies, since they're slightly out of the range of what someone with no/very low tier gear should be fighting.

Huh; just looked at my world in TerraMap, but it can't load the player file. Says it's expecting a particular format which my 1.3.4.4(GOG) player file apparently isn't in. It used to work just fine on previous versions of Terraria.

I have no idea, I've never actually installed one, there was an anon in this thread who has been making them I think, from various other game soundtracks.

I tried playing with Thorium, Spirit, Calamity, Tremor, and Prefixes. For some reason, I only deal 1 damage to the profaned guardians from calamity and can't summon the overseer from spirit. Do the mods interfere with each other or is that just the way it's supposed to be?

duke is entirely optional and doesnt drop anything thats worth your time at that point in the game, hes honestly just a frustrating boss with no real payoff
if you insist on fighting him with ranged weapons though, get the bullet set for shroomite, cosmic car keys from martian madness, chain gun from frost moon, make a metric fuck-ton of chlorophyte bullets, and down a flask of ichor/cursed flame before the fight, alongside whatever other potions you think youll need
