Ana is projectile? If you're constantly scoped, then you're much easier for tracer/genji/anyone in the fuck gaming to kill you. I still don't see how accuracy stats matter? How is unscoped shooting the roadhog every single fight the same as killing the enemy tracer/genji by yourself? Her accuracy should mean little to nothing. If you think that the only thing Ana should do is shoot and nade her easy to hit tanks, then you're not playing the hero correctly. Correct hero usage is not all based in accuracy. There is so much more to the game, especially when it comes to a character who has two separate hitboxes for enemies and allies, and the ability to shoot to heal/damage.

Hold M2 is the only way I've ever done it. It's all timing really. If you left click too early after right clicking the shot doesn't come out. You don't need fast reactions really as there is considerable time in between. Just go into the training range and and spam M2 into M1. You'll eventually find the exact earliest timing at which the gun let's you fire. Then it's just a matter of releasing as soon as it fires.

There are no tricks or shortcuts for aiming besides just practice. Aim is all muscle memory that can only be made by repetition. Only thing I can think of as things you can do to immediately improve it is to lower your sensitivity; the lower it is, the more muscles you'll have to incorporate to move and in theory will have greater control. I use 800 dpi and 4 in game sens. 144hz monitor also helps a lot.
