You can't compare between crafts like that, there are plenty of cards that are amazing in one craft that would be mediocre in another, depending on craft mechanics and what else they have.

In this case, one of Dragon's problems was no particular good play on turn 3 after they ramp and have 4 PP. This allows them to make use of it, so expect this to drop often on turn 3, quite a bit before the opponent has access to the standard 5 cost removal cards.

Most of the damage I do to swordcuckery in the early rounds are from effects, yurius especially cripples them as they have to trade with him or remove him or they kill themselves with summons, vania + summon bloodkin, evolved blood wolves, weigt, mini soul devil, all this shit adds up, most swordcucks I fight kill themselves, bloodfed flowerbed is another good card that fucks over other aggro decks, the great thing about blood aggro is you can trade all the while hitting face.

It's not. It's shadow's only reliable healing source and most opponents can choose how much they want you to heal.
Play Kamura against elf or sword or bats, and you'll get 1 maybe 2 heals at best. It happens to fuck up dragon because of how big their dudes are.
The same way dragon fucks up other decks with weak removal and low attack followers.
The same way haven banish fucks up shadow.
The same way petrification fucks up Haven.
The same way Dshift fucks up everything else.

The idea of ramping is you get extra mana in order to PLAY EXTRA STUFF. Ramping to then not use your mana is hilarious. The only real value that card has is as an anti-bricking mechanism. So if you play him and then have nothing else to play for turns, your mana does something, but that's not a good situation either way.

I know how it was because I used to play aggro shadow back in DE since it was the only good shadow deck, though I would play mid because it was fun watching LotF outvalue my enemy (rip bug), and it was absolute suffering. I go back and forth between haven and shadow for reference, so I have experience with both crafts.

The only reason Shadow doesn't have the same pitiful playrate this expac is because Haven isn't as used anymore and SahaRamp became popular thanks to Daria.

I had a response to this post, but it got deleted somehow. Basically just said that even if a dshifter had a perfect answer for roland on turn 7, it still delays the dshift combo since you have to remove the amulet as well. 4 damage flame destroyers and 4 damage wind blasts will not win a game and force dshift to run amulet destruction, which increases your chance to brick and get the perfect turn 7 dshift combo in the first place.

I like Rahab. Uses up extra mana which is actually kinda of an issue for Dragon. Does it fix it's problems? No, probably not. But this and the egg are decent stall tools that take advantage of having a spare 1-2 mana.
