Basically your rotation looks something like this:

Shred > Shred > Wait > Regrowth > (Rip if 4 Combo Pts, Else Rake) > Tiger's Fury > Shred >Shred >Savage Roar > Wait > Wait > Shred >Shred > Wait > Regrowth > Rip or Rake > ECT ECT ECT

During Berserk or if you get good procs of the Mastery you can slip in a Ferocious Bite
