Generally every Darius matchup I play the Darius will immediately charge up q when I dash towards him once and then you have an opening to harass with eq whilst the most he can do is w for the slow but if you manage his wave well enough you will be able to escape relatively unharmed as his w will proc your passive and he won't get any healing off of his q because you dashed away from it.

He's much more viable as a mid now but he definitely doesn't see much play at all in esports anymore.

Regardless, he's still a strong, fun a good pick all around - just as long as you take him mid. Top is still playable in solo-que games but only as a niche counter pick in certain scenarios; I wouldn't recommend it.

Hey that's my main and even though I'm a scrub I can help a bit. In lane you're gonna look to either freeze or shove then roam depending on what their mid and jungle are doing. You don't have the mobility to really call when team fights happen but you are a serious deterrent against someone jumping on your carries. If your team is ahead you can split push and then try to catch someone in the jungle or just keep pulling two of them top to stop you. Your E is for pulling people back in not starting fights in the first place and it's important to have a good idea of what match ups are hard, gnar, quinn, teemo, and riven are pretty common Darius counters Kench and Mordekaiser can be tricky too.

The only true robot in the game is Blitzcrank.

The balance team never ever wants to buff anything now-a-days it seems.

I could think of at least 3 buffs in the right areas of some champions to seriously shake things up like Cho'gath, Tristana, and Diana. But apparently thats too "Toxic" and people would yell at me for bringing back cancer. I asked someone once here what isn't cancer and you know what they said to me?

Thats all they could say. Its upsetting that whats considered "not cancer" is straight up luck and a meme. Its disheartening to know that if any champion is considered strong its cancer that needs to be straight up gutted, not have its counters buffed to help fight them.

Surprisingly they leave my main's selling point intact thank fuck. Nerfing Leblanc seriously helps too.
